i want to know what will be the best stack to lose weight. i have been working out 8 years train in every type of sports i can think of but i never once had six packs. i went through diet and exercise but never seen any real result of losing my body percent fat to be honest its the belly fat is the main problem. if you had a choice to do a cycle what will be your choice of product.
so far i came to conclusion that i need start off with dnp than move to t3,clen than start moving to next cycle on anavar, primo and winstrol
what you think guys?
i read so many forums on losing weight there was no cut clear decision on what is the best product helping you lose the weight

Anonnone of the anabloic androgenic steriods you mentioned are WEIGHT loss pills.. the help you build muscle which will burn fat IF YOUR DIET IS ON POINT ... otherwise while you may see some loss of fat it won't be enough for you to see your abs..
Some take the approach that after they eat too much, they can take an approach to weight loss via clen, T3, or dnp? Maybe an approach that will help is to "prevent" such weight gain to begin with? Then if your diet and exercise is in proper order, you can be sure to enjoy the benefits of a great physique.
I am thinking a decent AAS with use of a product like phentermine can be of great value. An appetite suppressant may allow you to have the discipline you need and focus more on a really clean diet. So the end up is you never have to take the fat burners to begin with so long as your diet is under control. I think phentermine can help to achieve this...only problem is find a reputable source for such item?
IMO .. i dont think phentermine is the answer here... I mean, correct me if i am wrong , but there are better products out there for weight loss. and not being hungry i dont think nesecarily means you will eat cleaner... just my .02
Don't you think phentermine will allow him to reduce food cravings and keep his diet more on point? Why wait until AFTER he has eaten incorrectly to now try and burn it off with a fat burner. Have you ever tried phentermine? And just curious what other products you would recommend for weight loss? Not trying to be argumentative, just replying to your comment...
Ive tried it all.. including phentermine.. perscribed by a dr (which was a.joke) they will give it to anyone. dont get me wrong, it will help with the appetite.. but as far as the thermogenic.aspect, there are supplements that give you more.
The reason why phentermine works so well is a dr perscribes the pills and puts u on a 500 calorie diet, which is fine when u are taking it cause u are never hungry.. if u are actually eating to either recomp or maintain mass while cutting i just dont think its the BEST option.. but definately one to look at... but as a pure apetite supperesant it is awesome.
And coming from a guy who once weighed 300 lbs and had a severe addiction to food, self discipline and hard work is what i would recomend cause the closer get to your goal weight the harder it gets and the stricter your diet must be.
running and diet is the key to losing weight but when we talk about using other gears like test deca sust tren we will not give same advice saying you just need to work hard and not use any gear you will get big. we all need some help i am just trying to figure out the best combination to lose body percent fat. diet and cardio is a must but proper use of gear is needed when you pleatue.
there is another theory to lose body percent fat is using tren and halo just get big muscles
So I think anyone looking into AAS for "extra help" has to have evidence that they've reached their natty plateau. Evidence can be from blood work (like test levels), but more likely from gym experience.
You can of couse accelerate weight loss with ECA, clen, t3, dnp. The issue is they aren't a substitute for the work and the evidence you get from RMR and a heartrate monitor. And some of them are quite dangerous.
If you are sold that you need help, I may not be able convince you of collecting evidence, because your mind is made up.
All I can tell you is that I had my mind made up about how to lose weight, and the drugs didn't do me the good that just upping my amount of work did. I just needed to do more work to get the same results. And my results were excellent and life-tranforming. So I'm using them again, right now!
Still, AAS for weight loss is a stretch.
sgtstedankoI told you earlier. The absolute best stack is Proper diet & exercise. In my opinion... Dude! You use tren & halos' & we're gonna see you on the news carrying somebody's head, wearing an necklace made of ears & eyes; screaming in tongues ; ( IMHO, if you want a six pack. You don't need gear to achieve it. You need the proper diet/exercise regime. If you've leveled, change up your routines & diet. If we're talking stacks. I'd say test/winny/var... But you've got to be be low bf 1st. Are you looking at steroids as a fat burner? Kmi
Invest in the following:
1) A test to determine your RMR.
2) A heartrate monitor.
3) Running on a treadmill or similar cardio at least 30 minutes a day.
Those simple tools will let you know how long it will take your "hard work" to get you to your weight loss. It's all simple math, and it works every time.
This DOES take displicine, but you'll avoid the ER or docs this way. And it makes you feel GREAT . . . a runner's high is amazing.
DNP is dangerous. You can achieve 10lb in 10 days, but think about it, if the weight loss is THAT dramatic, then what kind of war is going on in your body? Bros have dropped dead from incorrect DNP usage and dosing.
T3 also can work. But, again usage and dosing can have the side effect of messing up your thyroid FOR LIFE, and you are now on tyroid medication for life.
AAS is not the key to losing weight, increased cardio is. It raises your RMR too.
Var does have one clinical study on "belly fat" reduction.
So long story short, I bought that and also took var for weight loss. Yup, it increased my strength and mass, but I didn't lose a pound. Don't buy into AAS for weight loss.
Finally, you might just have to grin and bare it with some belly fat. When I was down under 10% BF, I still had some belly fat, but my face became really thin. I didn't look like myself. So maybe it isn't in the cards, but, I can make the best out of my situation. If it's 12% BF with a little, little bit of love handles, so be it.
I still look great and feel great there.
i understand what you guys are saying but i am still talking about using the proper cycle to help me lose body percent fat. for example if you go on dnp usually within ten days you can lose 10lb with no cardio(its not recommend do cardio while on dnp). now when moving into t3 and clen i would do cardio two hours a day this will make me lose about 10lb to 15lb 6 week cycle. than moving into anavar primo and winny this is where it gets tricky this is where when i want to break the plateau anavar helps reduce the belly fat but it needs to be stacked with primo or winny but from reading all the forums it helps to stack anavar primo and winny to reduce body fat percent by end of this cycle there should be huge weight loss. what i am trying to ask what will be ther better ways to stack the gears. for example the clen can be stacked with t3 or anavar for better results. i just want to know is there better way to use the gear
sgtstedankoOh you're a chick!? Sorry for calling you brother, miss... I still truly believe that the way to to is hardwork! No shortcuts! No excuses! You'll be in a much better place to cycle anything. Imo these drugs like clen & dnp are to be used later after, to lose the last bit (5-10 lbs) of stubborn bf. Please reread my post below, I don't think you really are hearing what I'm trying to say. There is no replacement for hard work, & dedication. If you're trying to burn fat you have to put in the work. You can not sit on your ass & get skinny/tone. It's impossible... There is no magic pill, or vial that contains this wisdom; yet... Feel free to pm me
Not bashing you bro but I would say that your diet was not as clean as you though. If you are very active and eating the correct foods your body has no choice but to lose the fat.

This is set up how I personally do it. Utilizing a morning sprint on an empty stomach {no food, but plenty of clean water {before sprint/run days are water w/Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy, & Korean Red Panax Ginseng mixed in. During, and after is plain cold water} Or, I just drink 1-2 cup/s of coffee w/.5 tbsp of Korean Red Panax Ginseng} then do sprinting cardio, & workout. Make sure you sprint two to three times per week, and have one day of moderate pace steady state cardio.
Pre workout:
Two to Three times per week. Sprint as long as you can. Then Immediately stop drop & do 45 seconds of 1st, Pushups, 2nd, crunches, & at 3rd stop do Mountain Climber Pushups & 4th, Mason twists individually at each stop. Walk for 1-2 min, and repeat for at least, AT LEAST 10 min. Mix, Mixed Grip Pull Ups into your routine. 2 or 4 sets to failure...
If you have a smart phone, get the app jefit to help track meals, etc.

Use a spotter
Warm up for about 5-10 min before hitting the weights Hard for about 45-60 min
The timing of your workouts can vary, just make sure to get them in. But sprint/cardio in the mornings. I find it's easier for me, just to get them done 1st thing in the mornings : )
Drink half a cup of white grape fruit juice with your meals (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner).
Take some sort of thermogenic fat loss support {Green tea extract, etc}. {Or, Add pure cayenne pepper to each meal}.
It's very important to drink lots of water. at least 1.5 gals per day.
Do cardio & Train with weights

You need to consume roughly, {current weight all in pounds} x 10 = total cals per day
45% from protein (Chicken/tuna/salmon/bison steak) {a little more if on cycle} 1-2 shakes per day at the most.

this is really good information, and very well thought out. kudos sgtstedanko , i lost over 100 lbs using almost this exact same strategy. and i tell you what, it feels good to know i did it the right way.
1 thing i can add to this.. weight loss is the same as weight gain, everyone's body will respond differntly, if you are not responding, do not make drastic changes to your diet, make small changes and wait and see what happens. - most of all be paitent!!! T3 can really fuck you up if you dont know what you are doing... just my .02
CONGRATS on 100lbs lost. Man, that's amazing . . . and I'm sure it is liberating too.
Also proves out the sarge's strategy . . . not that it needed it, but still great results.
Jumping on DNP or T3 is just not good for the average joe who isn't cashing a paycheck in the gym. If you have a legit tyroid problem, then yes, get on T3 (a tyroid med), if not, stay away. Just work harder on diet and exercise and understand energy balance.
thanks, it does feel pretty good, trying to hit up the weight loss boards to help some people out, and in turn am getting help from the AAS boards. works out pretty good. :-)
The MOST powerful steroid AND weight loss drug is your mind. Get your mind right FIRST, and you will be able to achieve amazing success.
If your case doesn't demonstrate that, then the reader is just not reading for knowledge.
sgtstedankoThere are no shortcuts, brother. Proper diet & hard work! NO EXCUSES! If you've been training for 8 years, w/out the desired results. Either, you're doing something wrong, your diet sucks. It all of the above. When I get back to my CPU, I'll hook you up, w/something to mix in for a month. If you still don't see/feel results after the month. You're broken : (
