Diet is the best thing for fat burning.Everything else is a helper but if you dont have the diet in check nothing will work. Also take in alot of water to flush out toxins.

Bro I had the same problem, as previously mentioned that's the main problem are for blokes! The key is cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, find a good fat burner, take one before hand and another with your 2nd or 3ed meal, I have 7 "meals" a day and take mine with my 3rd as well as on an empty stomach before morning cardio but I also added an extra cardio after my evening workout, after a few weeks it was gone!!! 30mins each cardio keeping your heart rate steady at 140-145 did the trick for me....good luck...

Walking, or more specific power walking. Been eating like shit now for weeks and havent put on any fat. All i've been doing for cardio is 40-50min power walk, 4-5 times a week on an empty stomach. Very underrated in my opinion.

Seems like a lot of guys underrate cardio for breakfast....cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is the key!!

Squats, deads, and cardio for breakfast (15-25 r) waist busters. Find your maintenace calories, and gradually drop 100 calories until you feel comfortable with your loss and happy medium at the gym.

Lower abs are the hardest muscle for me to tune up! They are a straight pain in butt for me! Unfurtunately I had a belly button hernia some time back. So working that muscle makes it a little difficult:( But still can be done. Unfortunately because of hernia excess fat wants to bulid around that area. I used to do laying down leg raises with 5 or 10 pound weight and hold approx. 4" of ground till lower abs are burnig. Spend about 15 minutes doing this. Unfortunately for me belly button expands about two inches and causes pain:(( Unfortunately I disfavor this movement because of pressure on hernia. But for you guys that don't have that problem excellent movement remember to keep glutes tight, otherwise you will put excess pressure on hip flexors. One of my facorite is hanging leg raises they work great, consentrate on squeezing abs, try not to rock body this will put extra presure on lower back! KEEP BACK STRAIGHT AND BEND KNEES TO ABS CONCENTRATING ON SUCKING IN AND TIGHTING ABS! THIS MOVEMENT WORKS FANTASTIC FOR LOWER ABS! GOOD LUCK!!!

Try doing cardio and do weighted ab exercises. Also eat a healthy diet with fruits vegetables and meats like chicken and seafood.

Dan Duchain used to talk about a spot reduction deal. Sounded sketchy though.

the more and more i read about clen, t3, and dnp the uglier they look... they are hardly worth mentioning, and nobody in the right mind would actually straight up recommend their use. i believe a recommendation means action is "necessary". and i dont see how clen, t3, and dnp are "needed" for fatloss. IT CAN BE DONE WITHOUT
