time off between cycle

ad

Hello. Today is my last day of pct. I've read time on equals time off. How many people actually follow this rule? Would a month off after pct a sufficient amount of time? Thank you for any input.

No off time. You always on and then cruise. But never pct. And the 12 weeks cycle is short.

I wanted to Bump this ancient thread. Mostly as reminder to myself and others to take those breaks, let your body normalize a bit. Get labs, see how the body is doing before jumping into a new cycle.
When cycling, I have always used, TIME ON + PCT = TIME OFF. It may be anecdotal, but this particular guideline has served me pretty well getting my blood fairly normal, as opposed, and more so, to the days when I was blasting and cruising. Which I can tell you wrecked my body. saw this thread and wanted to put in my two CCs

Not following the rule is like paying $400 for $100 worth of growing.

why is that? because you will stop making gains?
There are also guys that simply gain and drop muscle when going off and on.. and never really improve that much.. While some guys that keep on going realy transform in 2 to 5 years from beginning competitor to international champions and even Pro bodybuilders. Afcourse with building up dosages and GH.

I have seen alot of competitors non stop oncycle-pct-oncycle-pct...
Also seen some Ifbb Pro's in my country who just stay on gear for over a year... some say they never go off... i now for a fact that the guys i spoke that did cycle for one year.. recovered just fine with Nolva, clomid and HCG. I am very intrested in some scientific proven efidence about axis that wont recover and young bodybuilders that really need HRT after years of steroids. Because the only studie i have seen was about a bodybuilder that did steroid abuse for over 13years without doing a proper PCT. Some years later his sperm was stil dead and his test was stil shut down. But even he eventually started to recover after treatment from his doctor with some kind of PCT meds. So where do all these time on +pct = time off stories come from? Be free to post a readable study... But as long as we all dont have studies and only stories. Afcourse the time on+pct = time off storie sounds the safest thing to do!!

Thanks for your response! Its good to have the experience of others when there isnt much scientificly supported efidence.

Just follow the rule

Would you consider a cruise acceptable at age 25?

You have to allow your body enough time to produce its natty test all over again, so the answer to your question is no. TIME ON PLUS PCT = TIME OFF.

I would say no but I bet people have done it. I'm sure there are a lot of uninformed users out there who just gets their info from their src at the gym.
