so my nipples have been getting quite puffy......however im not getting any other symptoms of gyno? not sensitive at all and not itchy or anything like that? what do you guys think?

AnonShould always run anti estros in my opinion so you wouldn't have to worry. So get some. Be safe not sorry
adex, letro or aromasin for preventing gyno, to attack gyno itself better use Tamox, parlodel (if serious gyno then cabergoline AKA cabaser) and get some DHT derivate specially Proviron (50 mgs ED).
And regarding your question, maybe you get a bit bloaty, with some Provi many times it's enough
