"You gotta get it done in the kitchen", he once said. Those two gems have stuck with me, and every time I go to the gym and see what appears to be a shrinking arm or less-defined delt, I automatically assess my diet.
I run large doses of gear.....and sometimes, VERY large doses. But no matter how much oil I'm pumping, I notice a direct impact when the calories are missing or too much bullshit has found it's way onto my plate.
Keep a steady 30-40 grams of protein flowing every 3 hours or so, and regulate carb intake according to your current goals (mass gain or fat loss), and you'll keep nitrogen retention high and muscles tight and hard.

I'm curious if anyone implements waxy-maize type products like glyco-maize in their post workout shake? I've been feeling like a shot of carbs besides a banana would give me a better insulin response. Is the stuff worth the money or is their some food I can easily take to the gym that you guys use?

Thanks guys.. I'm finding it hard to get my daily carb requirements in.. the force feeding becomes sickening sometimes.. I know, I know.. man the eff up druski..

Working out and doing AAS is easy. Eating right is a whole other ball game requiring 10x more discipline, planning, and sometimes cash! Its easy to blow up, all bloat and fat. To stay defined, lean is tough(not ignoring genetics play a role)

After getting on a good diet for a few months I realized how hard it is and how poorly I've eaten in the past.

I've still got aot to learn. Want to experiment also by tweaking a standard diet (7-8 meals) in different ways to see what works best for me and my lifestyle. Some of us have kids, jobs, competing priorities :-)

Good info.

I'd add cardio as the other hidden gem.

Well put Goth and thats why they call Tread the "Guru", He knows his shit. Eat good to look good, eat crap to look like crap is what I always say. Watching what we take in and keepin track is key.
