Hi guys,

How much would you aim to gain of lean muscle mass per cycle? (Considering your weight at the beginning and at the end post pct)

In addition, considering everyone's body composition is a key variable, what percentage of lean muscle mass would you expect to gain per cycle? (Considering your weight at the beginning and at the end post pct)

Also, I would be greatful if you can outline lower, middle and upper boundaries of lean muscle gain.

I would add to frankie's rep that the key, before roids, is just our diet man, I have seen many different gain using the same roids and that is depending the main guideline S.E.R (Sleep Eat Repeat LOL) and genetics man.

Many people thinks it is only roids matter...
