whatsup bros, so i had a strange thing happen to me when pinning in my quad today.... pin went in easy, same area as always and im sure to always switch legs, anyways pin went in just like always, i aspirated, and sure enough no blood what so ever so i continued to pin...... when i drew the needle out a quite large amount of blood shot from my leg...... i dont mean dripped out i mean it shot out with the needle.... but i didnt inject into my vein?..... atleast i dont think? when i aspirated i was good to go? could it just be that i hit a vein while going in and it was just waiting to bleed when i pulled out? please help this scared the shit out of me

The samething happen to me today. more of an ooze than a squirt for me though. I normally don't bleed at all. The only thing i did different was to use the same needle to draw and inject with. I normally use two different ones. I thought maybe that was the problem, because it didn't go in as easy as normal.

it happened to me like 2 weeks ago on my right quad. and the weird thing was that i had less pip on that injection than previous ones
weird it was my right quad too.... and my pip is no existent
very weird. i usually can tell when i hit a vein or nerve but not on this particular injection. at the end, i just thought it was comical !!
I've never had it shoot out like you describe but I have had gushers when pinning mainly quads and sometimes delts. Probably just nicked a vein
