First Test E Cycle - Advice PLEASE!

Im 6'3 190 lbs. Somewhat fit..
My first Cycle will start soon...and will consist of:
Week 1 - 10 / Test Enth (Endurexx Labs) @ 500mg per wk
Week 11 - 12 / Nothing
Week 13 - 15 / Nolvadex @ 40 20
Adex will be on hand for weeks 1 - 12. Nolvadex will be done for two weeks
Few Questions:
1. What is the Adex on hand for...Aromatization? Anti Estrogen
2. What is the Nolvadex for? Isnt Adex the same as Nolvadex?
3. Is the Nolvadex for two weeks enough?

Adex, is for stopping signs of Gyno. I wouldn't use it unless you start to see signs. If you are gyno prone then you can start popping. Everyone is different. I always get the itchy puffy nipples and So I take .5 EOD and that works good for me.
No1No 2 weeks isnt enough
do this
First 2 weeks do 40mg everyday, second 2 weeks do 20mg everyday

You should research all of the PCT compounds before you start your cycle.
Why nothing for weeks 11-12?
AnonExactly as No1 said...its my first go at it...so Im doing a ten week cycle with two weeks off to let my body rest and then starting my PCT with Nolva
No1Im guessing hes doing a 10 week cycle, weeks 11 and 12 will be letting the test leave his system before starting PCT
