Hi guys just a quick update i hope these pics show the vascularity well,this prep has been tough but i am loving the daily changes that are now happening to my body.
Not long to go now just dont fancy the carb depletion stage but i may as well go the whole nine yards now lol.
Still feeling great and holding strength so far but cant wait to pig out again LOL.

Killer job with your contest prep, Suzy! Yep, your vascularity is crazy already. You could jump on stage today and do some serious damage! You will be untouchable the day of the comp.
