Cycle advice and bridge advice
Im currently three weeks into my first cycle of 500 testE a week for 15 weeks
then weeks 9-15 running 50mg daily of anavar.
I have a BB friend training me and giving me diet and nutrition info.
I have been training for 4 years and never have been able to get the results i wanted.
I am a serious ectomorph as it comes, at 6'5 and starting weight of cycle at 199 probably at about 11-12% bf.
3 weeks in with a solid diet im already up at 212 and thats without the testE even truly kicking.
I have a ton of gear from orals to injectables to my availability. i have been advised by several friends that BB that i could bridge my cycle for 8-10 weeks with my DBOL at only 10mg a day when i start my PCT to make sure i keep my gains til my next cycle where i will have a bigger stack.
Im looking for advice on the bridge...do many people take DBOL at a low dose to bridge since it doesnt have a strong effect of sides from such a low dose and doesnt aromatose?
also for my next cycle was considering and advised that a test e, test p, dbol, mast, and tren could all be options for my next cycle. anyone have any ideas or opinions?
and also since im already about 13lbs up in only 2 1/2 weeks, and its definetely solid weight since my abs are becoming more defined and everything is tighter, what you guys think i might be able to get to solidly with a very clean diet that im running? my goal weight for this year is to hit 230lbs with a bf of about 7-8%.

tread-mAlright coug I'm going to say something you already said yourself and may not have even realized it. . You said you are a "serious ecto" and then said you have gained 13 pounds before the test even kicks in. this answer everything you need to know about your gains and keeps. You simply run a big clean diet high in protein year round. You can't cycle and gain with one diet and expect to keep those gains with a different diet. Even with perfect pct having had perfect high quality gains on cycle with a gain diet your body has "setting" just like the specific settings on your car. If you put something in your car to give it extra horsepower and it does and you then take it out 12 weeks later you can't expect the horsepower to still be there. You diet and train off cycle just like you do on cycle and not only will the gains stay, you will make additional gains off cycle likely at your age. You have already proven you can gain the weight and a "serious ecto" can't. So yes, maybe you are a hard gainer, you still proved you can do it. Work the kitchen year round brother, thats where it all begins, put 99% of your focus there and your whole world changes in a year as to gaining and building. Off cycle losses when pct is proper is "ALWAYS" diet failure, always. Its been answered but your bridge idea is a bad idea, it will set you up for failure. Work the plan, work the year round goal and watch yourself grow, its as simple and as hard as that...."KITCHEN", you have 13 pounds of proof brother.
Hey tread thanks a lot brother! I have always been the hardest gainer and the only time I did gain weight in the past it would be fat. So when I have a proper diet and workout plan created for me...muscle gains take quite a while. Before I ever lifted weights I was naturally 6'3 at 150lbs!!! I grew to 6'5 and naturally sat around 170. I went on a all you can eat binge and was taking weight gainer probably in taking 7000 plus calories and I blew up...mostly being fat since it was poor dieting and no cardio or lifting knowledge and I got up to 230lbs at probably 25% bf! I began to eat healthy then got injured and dropped back down to 170! So when gaining clean it takes forever. Thanks to everyone on here I'm focussing on my pct now not bridging!
Diet is my last frontier! The day I conquer the year round diet is when I have finally graduated. I do great or should i say very well on cycle but off cycle is where i fail! Thank u Tread for this post. I wish I would have devoted as much effort and time into my diet research as my training and AAS research. The sooner guys realize diet is the key the sooner they will succeed year round.
Exactly!!! I had just had a buddy's trainer build me a diet and followiń I feel good! Should post your diets!!!! Help she'd some light
tread-mIts the whole deal, like you I spent a lot of wasted time pounding hours at the gym before figuring it out. Years in my case I just figured I eat like a horse and drink 8 protein shakes a day I'm good! Once you find the light the whole world changes ! Lol
Boss That has been me for the last 4 yrs. I always look great during my cycles but then I slack on the strict diet or slack on a bulk diet and I lose energy or lose vascularity. This time
I'm not wasting anymore time or anymore sacrifice. Hope that some of the guys with my same problem focus more on diet. I'm chasing the light my man. Gunna chase that bitch down!
ALPHAdon't even bother with the bridge it will give you unwanted water weight and will not help your bf% which if you going to be competing could be better. Bridging with dbol is basically like running a dbol only cycle. Why pct if technicaly you are still "on cycle"? You need to do more research. There are many people who achieve their goals without bridging. Also dbol will not solidify your gains, or help you maintain your gains. Like previously stated pct and diet determine how much you keep or lose.
sounds good alpha! what you recommend for pct i have nolva and letro on hand
Dbol does aromatize and is estrogenic, and even at 10mg/d will affect HPTA. IMO Your PCT will be fighting against the Dbol and will not be as affective. Your 23 if you plan your cycle and PCT well you should be able to get your natty back up quick and keep most of your gains. Now on the other hand if you don't give a shit about ever coming off, or your balls becoming almost non existant, no little cougars in your future? Then fuck it! You got your whole life ahead you might change your mind and wanna use them nuts in the future! Think it through! As far as your next cycle, see how this one goes, then maybe just up the test E to 750/wk. If you start throwing all the extras in now you will just have to keep increasing and increasing doses and compounds to get any gains. Think about it like drinking when you first start a couple beers is enough, then its a case then a 5th then your selling your sperm to get more booze, oh wait you won't have any sperm cause your nuts will be gone. jk Good Luck!
okay thanks alot pats...think i should do the 40mg 2 weeks nolva then following with 20mg for another 2 weeks of nolva then 6 weeks natty and then start up on another cycle after the 10 week break? and totally believe what you say, should see how i react with this cycle then go off that and maybe just up the test. thanks alot for the break down and all good way to think about it all!
My understanding is the Nolva will help counter the imbalance of test to estrogen once you stop the test but I would also take clomid to start the boys back up. Maybe some HCG also for the boys ( you want to get your natural production back up as quickly as possible). There is some info saying its better to run low dose HCG during cycle to keep the boys going than it is to let them shrink and then try to restart them. I started doing a maintenance dose about 3 weeks ago. I'm thinking of staying with it all the time. Currently I'm prescribed TRT (Watson Cyp) but haven't used it cause I've been on Cycle with the EBC competition. Personally I just want my boys to work as long as possible and so does my wife! LOL ;-P Good Luck Bro, read up ask questions. Theres plenty of info and experienced guys here.
ha thanks alot pat! should pm a source and dose for the nolva/clomid/hcg you recommend and where to get
so NO1 would you not recommend a bridge or have you ever done a bridge? i heard they are great for people begining cycling to maintain since the biggest changes to your body are on you first and second cycles usually
No110mg dbol doesnt ''make sure'' you keep your gains, diet, training and PCT does, just thought id throw that out there
well not really looking for bashing, and i know im persay a young guy, but i made the decision and want to compete after a few years so the decision is already made, and underway. i just look for advice not peoples opinion on my decisions. but i have respect for everyones opinions here since there is a ton of knowledge floating around here
Thats the best way to be man, im in your position aswell. Im young, already geared up and planning on competeing in the near future i was just giving you a heads up. This is a great place for advice these vets know more than i could ever imagine. Id try and help you but i have very VERY little knowledge about bridging.
hey no worries i have avoiding posting much and have PM'd several guys and attained great feedback and knowledge but now just looking to get a ton of advice and opinions. whats your cycles and stats like? should pm me!
im just about to turn 23. 6'5 and currently 212 as stated above. prob about 11-12% bf max. eating roughly 4k clean cals a day from a diet plan my buddy who is a natural BB.

Age and stats first
