How to mix 2,000 IUs of HCG

How would I go about mixing 2,000 Ius of Hcg. To inject 250 ius twice a week till the end of my cycle. Im having troubling understanding this

Is it Gonakor?
If it is you'll need at least 5ml for it to dissolve but it does come with 10ml of water to use.
If not, just take the volume of water you are using to mix and divide it by 8 to get how much to inject for 250ius per (8x250=2000)
