What is it i'm feeling in my elbows?

This is more than likely just paranoia as i'm coming from a bunch of tendon injuries so constantly on guard.
When i've had tendon problems they've always been pain in the tendon area WHILST exercising or lifting heavy stuff around at work and then continuing long afterwards.
But right now i'm getting what feels like d.o.m.s in the inside of my elbows.
Exercising is totally pain free but a day or so later they're as sore as hell, this continues for a couple of days with the soreness gradually getting less and less until it's gone, exactly like doms.
Any reason to be concerned?

this happens to me as well. normally on arm day and back day. the DR told me it was a minor case of tendonidis and to try not to use any lifts that would cause your arm to twist (preacher curls, bent over rows etc) for a couple of weeks to give everything some time to heal. i followed his advise (for the most part) and it went away, now the only time it comes back is when doing weighted dips... so i avoid them.
