6oz Kale
Dozen fresh eggs...really fresh.. neighbors have chickens.
3 protein shakes, I use BSN, 22g Protein, and 200 Cal.
2 Precision Engineered Protein bars

any advice? I have done diets in the past to cut up before an event, but you can always learn something from others is how I roll.
thats about it, maybe an energy drink thrown in somewhere. I work 10pm -12noon usually then gym, then sleep...so its hard to get it all in my lunchbox ;-)

Get rid of the protein bars if your cutting. to much sugar and sugar alcohol. in the end they are just going to slow you down and potentially pack on some flub. Also where are the carbs? post workout carbs are crucial for cutting. try putting 3/4 cup oats into your postwork out shake.
I started eating grains post workout and have cut the sugar. I dont feel flat so all is good so far. Trying cardio and keeping my calorie intake up for now. Down a few pounds, fat needs to go but its a bitch. Thanks for all of the help everyone.
I don't see any fish in there bro. Throw some tuna up in the mix, cheap, portable, and taste well ok.
right on bro! My cholesterol is low so I'm not worried ;-)
Yes........Quit your job. 12 hour shifts are going to hamper your ability to recover in between workouts. If you get a job at Dollar General, you'll have to take a huge pay cut, but the work is easy, and you can actually sleep in the stock room when things are slow. Plus, it's easy to eat on the job, and you can usually get away with stealing a can of smoked oysters or sardines now and then.
Also, chicks LOVE guys in uniform, and Dollar General uniforms are straight-up SEXY!
BAHaha! I'd like to give it to one of the girls at my dollar general, here's my in. No longer do I have to buy a toothbrush and kitty litter on a weekly basis lolol..
AHAHAHA YES
Anonholy shit..lmao
zero carbs? not eating carbs slows down your metabolism.
Anoni like what im seein here looks good,, your gonna think this is crazy but besides diet wanna know what helps me rip up,, a fast pace walk carryin a 5 gal bucket in each hand .75 full of water and naturally swing the arms and walk as far as i can, sounds silly but dude it works for me
sgtstedankoEggs, or mostly egg whites? I'd limit your red meat to two - three times a week (eat more chickens & or add my Pers fav turkey) also add 1tbsp of flax oil, 1/2 cup of quinoa & buckwheat into your daily diet (in the mornings (whenever they are for you;) & after hard workouts) looks pretty good brother... If it works for you, it works : )
chickens lay the eggs, so I eat the chickens too ;-) Stupid cheap for me, $2 a pound, so a 6 pound chicken is $12...good for 3 days worth for me. I get carbs from my bars , energy drink mix. I know it sounds f-ed up, but I stay away from most grains... I have allergies, and 0 Gluten, meaning I do not eat any breads or pastas. I do eat Rice pasta occasionally, but thats about it. Eggs are all egg, I dont break down the whites. My cholesterol is 90. I hit the fishoils, and do have some Quinoa, but have not endulged just yet. Good info on the buckwheat, I may look into it a bit more. My wife is the expert and she said your right on...so I will give it ago!
sgtstedankoI sometimes do something similar to this, To cover all my bases : )
We use chickens for Target practice. So I eat a lot of chicken as well...
Pre workout:
2 scoops gaspari nutrition myofusion protein powder, mixed w/distilled water & flax oil
Post workout:
Meal 1: Breakfast
8 egg whites 2 yolk w/red pepper & hot pepper (omelette)
1/2 cup quinoa (cooked w/water)
1 banana
1 Tbsp flax seed oil
Snack 1:
Protein bar
Meal 2: Lunch
5-6 oz chicken boob (baked)
1 sm-med sweet potato (baked) seasoned w/flax oil & cinnamon
Snack 2:
1 Apple
20-30 almonds
Meal 3:
6oz baked turkey boob
1 cup steamed spinach/kale, broccoli, etc
1/2-1 cup no fat plain Greek yogurt
Before bed casein protein shake & multi vita
If it works for you, it works. I would def add quinoa. Bars & shakes only offer so much.
Everything I eat is in my post (linked)
Please Read it if you haven't already.
I'm getting a dirty look, gotta go

Thanks so much! I will def try a modified version of this and see what happs. Problem is your diet makes me hungry ;-) The whole thing looks like 2 meals! Gothic is right also, my schedule really screws me up, but gotta do it, and I do manage to stay active at work...lots of walking , so the idea about fast walking and carring buckets is right there also. Thanks a shit ton for the advice! Will post more in 2 weeks and see if it all pays off.
sgtstedankoNo problem, brother. That's what works best for me. If you feel you need more food, drink more water (2gals per) & snack on almonds (shoot for 60 per day) For me, Cardio is (sprinting w/military pushups, mountain climber pushups, & Russian twists@each stop) 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach, w/nothing but my concoction of ice cold distilled water/ON amino energy/decacor creatine/Korean red panax ginseng, & my morning pre workout vita's. That morning routine has completely changed my life! If you really want to work, try carrying smaller (lighter weight) buckets w/straight ARMS out in front of you for as long as you can : ) I look forward to hearing your progress. Have fun
Where are the carbs?
On a side note, how much do you spend on chicken a week? Roughly 14lbs would be almost $90 here.
