big fan of shakes always down for something tasty,heres mine at the moment

slice rockmelon
couple of eggs
scope of protein
cup of skim milk
cup of water
spoon of honey
handful of mixed nuts
half cup of oats
spoon of nat.p.butter

what shit you guys blend up?

Gaspari Protein Hard Gainer .( i think thats it.) - i use a lot.. maybe 100-150 grams protein
Molasses.
Frozen Nanners..
P - butter.
Ice cubes.
Water
Whole Milk
Nuts
2 slices of bread

I dont measure.. I have a Waring Cb15..doubles as a wood chipper..
best -damn blender ... will take ANYTHING you can throw at it..

i pour the mix into 2- 1/2 gallon containers.. freeze them and eat as I want to..
melt it down 1/2 way...add more whole milk and keep rolling. makes about 6 servings..

im not "controlled" or "restrained" enough for it...

I can handle 4g of test and slin no probs though?

tren seems to have a 50/50 opinion on weather its for bulking or cutting?

-elevated core temp?
-raised metabolic rate?
-affects sleep?

Doesnt sound ideal for bulking? sounds perfect for boys who like to look "pretty" year round though, it sounds amazing for strength gains too.

But test/slin cant be beaten for size ;)

i mix it up all the time but past few days i been putting this together

ice-vary on volume and consistency you want
Spinach-2 handfulls
AlmondMilk-1cup
EggWhites-1cup
Chunky PButter-2 heaping tablespoon
Banana-1 whole
ChocolateProteinPowder-1scoop

then if you want to thin it out more can add some water. But this shit hits the spot! for sure a bright spot in my day when i chug this bad boy!

pre-workout shake if I dont have time to make an actual meal:

45g Isopure, banana, Ice, Water

immediately postworkout shake:

45g Isopure and water

That is my ordinary everyday shake, however sometimes I'll add various fruits

I might try out some of your receips guys!! I keep it simple as wpi + wpc + 1-2 eggs with milk or water, never really thought of chucking in fruit and nuts before..
