24 pounds of chicken breast $60.00
Steaks, pork chops, fish $40.00
5 Cartons of eggwhites $15.00
Green veggies, beans $40.00
Rice and oatmeal $20.00
Misc $25.00
Thats my 200 dollar a month food budget, it varys of couse but those are the staples. I eat out maaaaybe twice a week. I cook all my chicken for the week on sundays and carry it to work in a big plastic container.
Around £170 inc whey, less if i can find meat/pasta on special offer.
I do put a lot of effort into being a cheap bastard though.

I wish i could buy my gear with stamps, but sources wont accept that method of payment
