Because some people don't understand numbers.
Have the source tags color coded:
Green = New
Black = Solid
Yellow = Some concerns
Red = Warning
White: Unknown because of lack of info.
Colors would be assigned by an panel of 5 high ranking (+250) point trusted member with no names of the members released so the sources can't find out.
On second thought, it sounds like to much work.
