There has been numerous amounts of members that got on this train ride for the simple fact of medically their bodies wouldnt allow them to prosper into the body they would only dream of having. Reguardless if your over weight and you just cant seem to get the weight off or underweight and youve played hell trying to put on just a few extra pounds. I am here to tell you it can be done!!! I have gained 46 lbs in just 6 months, I have struggled with my weight since I was 16 years old, I have always been a thin guy and as I got taller the thinner I looked. Being 5'11" weighing 127 lbs, I was a boney mess. Have you ever thought that there might be something holding you back from your efforts to gain or lose. There were years I mistook my weight problem with just having an extremely fast metobolism. Maybe it was because I had been told by dr.s all my life that that was what it was without any kind of test ran backing their information.
