Fessing Up To The Doc

Tomorrow I think I am going to fess up to my GP about my self medication HRT. I'm hoping he will work with me mainly in regards to bloodwork. On the other hand he could freak. Any of you guys fessed up to your doc and if so I would be interested to hear the reactions. Particularly interested to hear from guys in the UK. This whole HRT/steroid thing is viewed in a lot different light to how its viewed in the states from what I can gather.

Been same situation round here of late. But now I have a Doc I can talk too I just stick out until he is on the roster and insist on seeing him. If you got a good window of opportunity before hitting cycle you might be able to do the same.
If you have a Doc you can talk to then just do what I did. Have the off the record conversation. If he don't like the subject then you can both make out it never happened. Probably best to get bloods done during cruise though. High test during blast may raise questions that cant be hidden on your records. You could pay private on blast if needs be. That way at least you would get some freebies. I didn't mention the BB side of things to him anyway. Just kept it to HRT
Yeh not too bad really. Don't know how many times I'll get away with the bloodwork. I'll settle for that anyways. No chance of anything else though. Mind you I don't really want him helping me any further. He'd probably put me on the pill or something!
Well tonight I had my turn in the confession box with the doc. Interesting to say the least. We agreed to have an off the record conversation so I pretty much told him the score. I’ve been self medicating HRT Doc for the past 3 months. He starts to scratch his head looking slightly puzzled. Then he asks me if I am taking oestrogen and progesterone? I scratch my head and say no Doc I’m taking HGH and testosterone I already got enough problems with oestrogen without taking anymore! He asks me where I get my gear. I say sorry but I don’t like to say but if you need any for yourself the big silverback could probably point you in the direction of some sweet little chicks in the far east. So after thinking a while longer he warns me of the dangers of taking HGH. I tell him that’s fine Doc I’ll take my chance coz if I don’t I’m just going to end up a withered old man who can’t even make it to the can to shit and piss, that’s my choice and I’m sticking to it. OK right that’s fine I’ll keep it off your record, what can I do for you. Well I need to keep on top of my bloodwork Doc. So he books me in for bloodwork and puts it down to sexual dysfunction on the form for the path lab. That’s fucking great I think to myself, I live in a one horse Town and now every fucker is going to think I can’t raise a fucking boner. Ah well better than nothing. What did I expect, fucking Jam (I think that’s Jello for our brethren over in the states) on it?
Right on Brother sounds like a successful mission. As for the boner little do they know, and if the wrong gal crosses your path you'll leave her bull legged for a week. At least that what happened to me with the right juice.

The WORST thing he (GP) could do is put it down in black and white in your medical records. This may (almost certainly will at some point sooner or later) really haunt you on so, SO many levels.
I have made an appointment with one particular GP in the practice. Luckily with him I can pull some "Old boys network" stuff so to speak so I should be OK in the 1st instance. Will take it from there depending on the outcome. Going to be interesting though, wish I could take a camera to capture the look on his face.
tread-mLet me give you a pointer here 1st. When you first break it to him just say, "well Doc I've been talking a lot to guys around the internet and I think what I have decided to do is start using heroine in a clen/weed/crack stack to get my bf way down and just become healthier in general and feel better all the time, what do you think?". Then as he kinda tries to pick his jaw up off the floor lay the real news on him! I bet he will be so relieved he sells you the real stuff right out of his van! He does drive a van, right?
Well I can't say I hadn't considered something like that as my counter argument. and oh yeh he has a real nice van, it's called a Mercedes S Class, now don't get me going on that one! Lol. Wish me luck my appointment awaits.

My concern with my doctor who I have a great relationship with is, Does she have to put it in my records? Will the insurance company down the road use this information to deny me coverage or put me into a high risk group. If the information is put into my records what is the worst possible thing that can happen today and moving forward 10, 20 years. Medicine and insurance are corporations and inherently evil. It's just numbers to them, the one with the most money wins!
Bight the bullet and pay for your own tests. In my humble opinion.
I have and am prepared to pay for tests. Currently they are taking 10-15 days to get results back to me. I could do with real time hence going to my GP to talk

If all else fails a lot of my friends just go to sports doctors who deal with blood tests for this reason a lot more. I've heard some pretty funny stuff come out of some doctors mouths about steroids.... NOT all of them will respond this way... but this guy made me feel very good about myself. "They're like poison and will sit in your liver for years!!" Oh yes doctor you must be talking about the abombs and sdrol I was taking with my vodka protein shake after i injected 2k mgs of tren straight into my testicles. Yes yes doctor. You can't make this crap up.
If you talk to your Doc and it will be documented in your chart!

tread-mProbably right on how its viewed. I have talked to quite a few who revealed and had reactions that were all positive to some degree, small to really good. One exception, friend here that fessed up a couple weeks ago and got a long speech and dropped from the Doc's care! Arrogant bastard! Its like, I'm not willing to do anything other than. The same old shit for you that never works for anyone but I'll be pissed if you find a way on your own to be healthier because I bought all these damn books for nothing! GOD COMPLEX, gotta love it!
The worst thing he could do is drop me from his care , so no big deal. I don't think he will though. There are plenty of arrogant bastards out there without doubt. A lot of them have tunnel vision or just have a superiority complex. How dare you inject your self with that compound when you haven't had 7 years at medical school? Well fuck you mister I'm 49 years old and I aint gonna sit around here waiting for old age to start eating away at my mind and body. If I get it wrong then I can only blame myself. But I aint going down without a fight!

I'm unfamiliar to the laws there but what are you worried he will do? It's a doctors job to medicate not enforce laws or punish, I don't see the bad in telling him if you feel you need to but like I said idk how it is there..
If he freaks then so be it. They cant stop me self medicating. Like you say there shouldn't be any bad in it and hopefully will be beneficial. Just interested in what other peoples experience has been.
