Mate if you are not planning on putting on weight why are you taking AAS. Just asking a question. If you want to lean up start a cardio regime with a nice clean diet and get down to a level where you want to be. Then consider the AAS. For stripping the weight the compounds that you are looking at will only add weight bro. With fluid retention and the added muscle your weight will go up. So I think lean up first then you will see what it actually is that you are putting on. Muscle, fat or water. Good luck bro I hope you work it out.
Depends on where you're coming from I suppose. If you're a chubber it is going to be tough (gets heart really working), but all the more reason to do it. From my point of view I find it tougher on my shins (pain there), no matter what I do (water, potassium, pain meds).
AnonCardio will help to keep your blood pressure under control. Keep in mind that anything to excess is detrimental and based upon what your goals are you may decide to keep it to a minimum. You are running aas that is most likely not going to interfere with your ability to do cardio that some other cycles would. Diet, training, and proper rest are the keys to having a successful cycle almost more so than the compounds you will be running or the amount of cardio you do.
sgtstedankoAgree w/everybody else. Just remember hardcore cardio over an hour starts to burn muscle, so take in protein & bcaa's. Cardio is good for you bro; more so if want to be ripped up vs bulked. There's a reason sprinters are lean & ripped, etc. You'd be be hard pressed to find a man that does more than me. CARDIO GOOD, NOT DOING CARDIO BAD! : )
tread-mI'll tell you something that might surprise you. As Cutler goes into his heavy bulk period he hits cardio twice a day to increase hunger dramatically and then stops cardio entirely during the deep end of the shred. Cardio in large quantity increases hunger enough that you can actually intake more meat calories than would be burned during the cardio that caused the hunger=net gain..no homo
sgtstedankoDidn't know that. Thanks for the info tread... I do notice that sometimes though. Makes sense; that you gotta keep stoking the fire, so to speak... love ya brother. no gay : )
Bro have no fears cardio is essential during a cycle.
tread-mAgree with nasty and will add, the more cardio the better. Whats bad on your heart is no cardio on cycle given you will likely carry some water on cycle, even if small amount, which constricts veins and arteries increasing blood pressure. Daily cardio is my suggestion. Some compounds make it very difficult deep in the trenches of the cycle to do cardio as they rob your breathing capacity, your cycle is not one of those. You reference "big cycle" and this is not a big cycle unless you plan on running way more test than you need. As nasty says, the whole deal is diet to goal. A mild test cycle around 5 or 600 will henefit you just as much as 1000mg without the sides going viral. Its all about the food and proper food synergy. Diet is very specific to goal so have that figured out with a professional diet before hand, if not already, and you will succeed.....cardio for sure!
Couldn't have said it better myself, great advice bro.
Nasty81NateDo as much as you want, but remember what big nasty always says. Good diet is all you need to meet your goals!
