Glad to hear your joining. First Cycle, all I can say is do your homework, especially diet and PCT. I didn't know about this site when I did my first "Cycle". Do it right you'll be happy you got the info.
Ive done a lot of research and asked a lot a questions from some good people here. I posted my full cycle of AAS, AI just in case for gyno, and pct. Here's a link to show my full cycle. Thanks, Its nothing but fun, I have to keep pulling back on the reins though, the joints don't come up as fast as the muscle :-( Don't want to hurt nothing that would put me out again.
Thanks, I'm adapting Beyeke's 2010 routine for size. I love back work, there's plenty in this routine. I have to keep this forearm from being a problem though, strict, controlled movement.

Tonight was the test. First real Bicep work in 2 months and the Forearm held up, even feels better. Just have to stay controlled and it should be fine. It ain't easy when I keep telling myself raise the weight, test it! Not Yet! 1" pump on the arms, good start. Gotta tell you this forearm\tennis elbow band has made a hell of a difference!

Thanks Fast, Most of the cutting happened in like the last 2-3 weeks when I dropped the long esters, brought the calories back down and switched up the routine to twice a week per body part and higher reps.
Hey pat aren't u in your first year of AAS? Just curious because I looked through your profile and you ran A LOT of gear man, literally everything on a bodybuilder level except for slin which god forbid I hope u don't take. Not hating on you man but it seems to me like u went way overboard trying to win this or get in shape and IMO and im sure many other ppls, more is not the answer for a goal such as just getting into shape to start with. Im not gonna sit here and say u should've went natural to get in shape and then when u dropped the BF start gear, but instead I think you should have only used prop and EQ and dialed in your diet and trained ur ass off with cardio weekly. But I guess u already advanced to every compound in one cycle so there's no turning back now, again don't take offense, I mean this as in I care about what ur doing bro, like that would suck to damage ur endo system, so my advice would be to take a long break bro I know your doing a self prescribed TRT dose so I would recommend 250mg per wk of just cyp bro, give yourself a been I read u want to do some summer trenathon I don't think that's a good idea with everything you've already done, if u ran cyp one shot per week for the whole summer and really got your training and diet tuned in you'd be surprised how much if a change u will see but u have to put the effort in bro adding 10 compounds wont do it except make u look like a freak all veiny and weird looking, im not saying you do look that way but I have a buddy who is 43 and did the same shit and he just looks straight up weird bro like u can tell somethings wrong with him. Plus if u do one shot of cyp per week you'll give your inj sites some much needed rest, scar tissue sucks to pin trough. I know u will probably read this and get pissed and not like me anymore but I hope you take it how it is meant bro, like I said I care about what all the good guys on this board do and im just surprised no one has stepped up and said anything to you yet. If I am wrong in any way let me know like I said I just scanned through your posts and got an idea of what you ran and what your planning on and that's where I got this from. Thanks for the concern, not pissed at all. I appreciate information and filter it to my circumstances. If you look at my post, other than the kickstart and close orals and HGH I did 3 compounds Test, Tren, and Nandrolene, different esters. I like Tren and don't over do it IMO. Well maybe in the summer Trenathon, which is shaping up with additional Tren Hex. I am prescribed Test Cyp at 250mg/e2wk. Hopefully that will change with my next Bloods. I have been recently just using Prop 50mg/eod and HGH 2iu which puts me quite a bit under your recommendation. As far as how I look, I've never looked better. My body is pretty even, my chest has never been bigger in my life and I can see abs for the first time in my life. As far as scar tissue I have recenltly been pinning everything with a 28G slin pin, no problem. As far as the every compound in one cycle no turning back, I think your mis informed. At the 50mg prop and 2iu HGH i'm still making gains in strength and losing fat. And rite now my diet SUCKS! Little to no additional protein, back down to 3 meals a day and SNACKS. My Biceps tendons are my limiting factor rite now, but I have some ideas and a dr visit planned and if they don't work, I'll deal with that, same as I did in the EBC, controlled isolated movements with slightly lighter weight and negative accentuated extended muscle activation. I would someday like to be able to pull as hard as I can though without pain stopping me! So, thanks for the concern and the advice! BTW, did you say you are using Tren A to harden up at the end of your cycle? ;-P

And ya I have been ON since november bro its ridiculous, I had some bumps in the road with severity underdosed products so I basically just barely shut down my natty production, becuz of that I HAD to continue and went through a bunch of dif sources. I really fucked up this cycle man. I wish I would of had a consistent lab to use the whole time but truth was I didn't. Anyways, I ended up using big D enanthate in december and didn't see much from it I know everyone loves it but I found out I wasn't eating enough so it wasn't the gear, cuz some sides were present.then I used AB test prop and enan and saw some decent results but it went up and down. So then I switched to veyron and blew up and continued to have steady gains it was great, wen I ran out of veyron cyp I used Aburaihan amps and REALLY started gaining! About twelve days ago I switched to CA tren ace and hulk prop, first run with tren and its awesome except for the cold sweats. I get throughout the day I can't stand those. So today was pin day and I didn't pin anything im taking a day off cuz i was getting high anxiety from the tren and that's only at 75 mg EOD. Bro that CA tren is STRONG ....so I may just do a few more shots of prop and end it, I need a couple months off bro im getting sick of scar tissue. I need to use slin pins next cycle, im no pussy tho I can deal with pinning but when u been doing it for half a year it gets old lol. I also have my own supply of Pfizer Genotropin 42 IU cartridges stashed away my bro is RX'd to them and gave them to me, I know lucky me lol. So next cycle is gonna be a good one just need some time off now. And bro if I change ur diet u will go crazy over how much it matters trust me
I understand your point of view with the whole diet issue. As a matter of fact im tapering of test this next 5 weeks into an agressive PCT and only going to run 500mg test e. I have an extra 550 a month to spend on food and food only, no gear. So, no im not entering this EBC but I will be posting pics from gains on food along with min amounts of test in the next 5 weeks right before PCT.
Also, to Pats. Im not goin to wish you luck, because its not about luck its about just doin it and I know you have educated yourself properly before running those compounds and I know you have the will power and drive to be consistant. You and viking have inspired me with what kitchen time can do so I have been eating good the past 12days and im already hooked on the results im seeing..thanks
