Thoughts on adding Winny Capsules @50mgs a day to Test only Cycle!!

I have as many of you know only run Test in my 19 years of use. I am on week 6 @500mgs of Cypionate. Thinking of adding some Winny to it for the last 5 weeks with liver support. Any thoughts guys. The winny will be run at 50mgs a day for 35 days.

tread-mHeres my thinking, you will not benefit in the same way a competiive bodybuilder would because, well, you're not a competitive BBer. To me telling you dont use winnie for that reason is telling you not to use any gear because none of it will benefit you the way it does a bodybuilder because, well, you're not a competitive BBer. So her it is for me, if you want something then you tackle it like you want it. So you know I love you brother so let me just say it, you dont want to be leaner or you would. Yes, you want it in the way we all want The Donalds money but you dont want it in the way that you are going after that dream in the way you would have to in order to have it. If you tackle tackle that diet like a mad man you will have your goal without winnie by cycles end. Now, having said that.."IF" YOU TACKLE IT LIKE THAT THEN I SAY WINNIE HELPS. "BUT", if you continue doing exactly as you are doing and expecting a different outcome, then that is the very definition of a fool. You change and your body will change in accordance with your change. NEVER expect the compounds to do what you are unwilling to do. Put it this way and yeas I have have told the story before, I got back from vacation one year and looked at the pics and changed my diet that day! Lost 32 lbs in 30 days and started over. That step back allowed me to take 10 steps forward in 2 short years and I would have never got to move forward in that way without lifestyle change. Change what you are doing in a BIG BIG way and by cycles end without winnie you will know, I'm ready for the other compounds. There is no doubt in my mind you can be ready next cycle you just have to do it. You can clear out 5% body fat quick brother I promise you and then I'm still var over winnie and if we do talk tren its low dose short and maybe down the road after a couple runs at var or another cut or even winnie but nice and slow other than tackle that bf like you hate it rather than you're willing to live with it.
Thanks Tread. Here is my diet and has been since mid September. I must say meal#4 is supplemented as of late with chicken quarters. But other than that this is it. Hope this helps.
1 4 eggs scrambled and one half cup of grits 2 scoops syntha-6 with 16 ounces skim milk.
Meal#2 Peanut butter on 12 grain sandwich
Meal#3 Apple and some almonds
Meal#4 2 Split chicken breast , sweet potato,3 boiled eggs
Meal#5 Syntha-6 2 scoops
Meal#6 This meal will be a huge serving of meat(2 split ckicken breast or 10 ounces top-sirloin) one medium sized sweet potato.
just before bed time I drink a glass of 2% milk 16 ounces

tread-mOk let me put it this way as to this diet. Is it doing what you want? Thats the only real judge of a good diet, thediet itself is no better than its results. So, if you have been on it long enough to know and its not doing what you want then its time for a change. That could simply mean seperate those eggs and see what happens ove a couple weeks or a whole new diet. Its this though, if something is not working stop doing it. If something stops working stop doing it. Just dont get boxed into a single way of thinking and that can even be change a stale workout routine and or up the cardio or use different cardio. May even do something different every time you walk in the gym for a month. Our body is always looking to find normal and balance with routine and food and if you let it find it then it will become normalized and then no benefit occurs. Use it till it quits working and change it...unless you are perfectly happy and then dont. Lol...yeah right, we are never happy!

Exactly. Already been slapped for considering it. I have been using only Test in my entire 19 years of running a cycle and it has been great however lately I have been wanting to add something towards the end of this cycle. I was curious as to how Winny would fare. I see now not such a good idea.

Winstrol makes no sense for you, because unless your bodyfat is around 6% you won't be benefitting from the hardening effect of winstrol.
In addition, even moderate doses of 50mg eod will lower your "good" HDL cholesterol values between 30 and 99%. Furthermore, both versions, injectable and oral, are harsh on the liver.
Low HDL values are directly related to heart attacks as fat deposits itself in the arteries.
Also take into account that stanozolol will dry out your joints and muscles making you more susceptible to muscle tears and serious injuries.
Winstrol is a contest drug, and in no way suitable for hobby athletes. The PIP off it can be bad, because the hormone is present in micro-crystalene form within the water-based solution and hence very much aggravates the surrounding muscle fibres, causing swelling and sometimes minor infections. You'd have to rotate spots very frequently.
I sometimes use winny in the last couple of weeks of a cycle, prior to a contest.

Thanks for the input bro. That was my first thought. So if at week 6 and wanting to add something. Should I just complete this Test only cycle or add something at this point? I have great gains so far. I am looking for something to dress it out. I am getting the itch after all this time to up the ante.
Well that depends. At your BF% I would say that you are looking something to add mass and lean you out at the same time. Only tren will do this for you.
Take a look at alpha pharma parabolin (I know EDD carries it for example). That is some potent stuff and will definitely benefit you.
As for other compounds, I love EQ for example, but at your BF I wouldn't suggest it.
Or maybe you want some deca? Depends, you need to tell me what you are looking for.

My my diet is spot on now and has been. But honestly only since early October. I will say I am guilty of going into this cycle more out of shape than in any other time in my life. I tore my rotator cuff and labrum. Had surgery. No gym for 6 months IT SUCKED. Cardio will be upped. Thanks for your input though...

I have debated Tren for some time as it will do exactly what I want it to do add mass and lean me out. I have done many Test only cycles and stuck with it because it well it worked. I am now at a point where I want to add something and all the things that I am looking for a compound to do. All the arrows lead me back to Tren. If doing so I would like to keep it very moderate keeping in mind it is my first time with it.
Do 1 amp (1.5ml) e3d. That is a good dosage to start. The tren from alpha pharma is real quality, so you will get better effects than from a higher dose of most UG labs.
Although it is debatable, alpha pharma is a registered pharmaceutical company. Their products are top notch.
I think running tren would be fine for you. You have done enough cycles and I assume you are very familiar with pinning. I don't see why it wouldn't be agreat addition to your cycle.
Be sure to get some caber to prevent progesterone-induced gyno.

Jtizzlehow is body fat %? If too high my guess is you would get some strength but otherwise wouldnt be able to see the results.. Thats why I am waiting till the last 4 or so weeks of current cycle to see if it would be worthwhile...
