I was kinda flip-pin out the first time I pinned. I broke into a sweat and got cold... then I just had a friend hit me in the ass. The second time I took a shower - long warm shower. I got all set up in the b room and had a chair. I set the pin on my thigh and let it sit there until it slid in a bit - then pushed it in. It was kind of freaky for me too, goes against everything you think about self preservation and shoving a needle in you. For me anyway it just gets easier over time. I pinned a couple days ago while talking on the phone in my office... lol. That first one was a shaker though...

I read a few posts down the page so I decided to give my 2c's. Yeah, if you are 23yo you should, normally, wait til you are a few yrs older preferably around 30 or so. Depends on your body and its ability to produce test naturally and at what amount. But since you said it was for a sports reason I completely understand. When I was 23 I was trying to make it in D1 baseball. I should have cycled then I know without a doubt it would have helped. I was a better athlete at 27-28 after juicing then I ever was in my prime at 22-23. Inject first in the glutes. They can take a boat load and the PIP will not be near as bad as a shoulder or quad. You can order pins from Amazon.com. In my experience I have always had trouble getting pins from CVS, Walgreens, etc. To make the PIP better or less, warming up the gear after you pull it helps. I run it under hot water. You are already lean. you're are gonna have to give that up to put on 20-25lbs. Now, your first time your body will suck that shit up like its crack! EAT,EAT, and Eat some more! Adex, and PCT is wise for your first time. Good luck!

i use quads seems painless and i full control over needle... 25 gauge 1 inch, FIRST always use alcohol on the area where injecting,,If im injecting in quad i kind of extend my leg and dont move or tense anything,,and kind of use two finger to stretch the skin,,,insert needle and ALWAYS aspirate..look for bubbles,,then inject,,,,,then alcohol the area again,,and put a sponge bob bandaid,,all g2g to go brother....

Go to your local feed store or Tractor Supply, wear farmer type overalls and stick a stem of grass in your mouth,......no questions asked.

take a look at spotinjections.com it shows you exactly where to pin. I personally like quads d do glutes also but its harder to reach around too .if you do quads just push it in slow.it wont hurt anymore or less.that way you can stop if something feels wrong

I see your 23 i would advise you to hold of for the next few years. Your still at a high risk of some nasty sides at that age. Your natty test is still relatively high adding more at your age can yelled some irreversible side bro. This is why we dont rush into giving advice like this guys hes only 23.

Depends on what state you are in if you are in the usa some states you can buy pins at the pharmacy some states you need a script look at sources on here
I wouldn't say there's a best place for 1st injection maybe quad cause you can see it the best and have the most control
Just remember to relax keep everyting sterile and inject slowly and you will be fine
