Hi everyone.So my BF is a member here.But i do alot of his research, googling and so on.I love your site and the wealth of knowledge I have gotten for myself and my boyfriend.In my early 20's i trained regularly but boys, a failed marriage and 2 wonderful children made me lazy.Now i am with a man who loves to train,and he has gotten my faith back up to get back in shape..I have to say I feel better now than i did 10 years ago!!! and on my way to looking better too Just want to say I love reading Grrrl's posts!!! You Rock!! We need more females here..Thank You !!
