8 Reps x 8 Sets x 3 Exercises Per Body Part. One Body Part A Day

I am starting this on week 6 of my current cycle of Test Cyp @500mgs a week. Some or even most may be familiar with this workout. I have never done it but I have seen some insane results. Let me know if any of you have any experience with it.

Hey mate this is a modified version of Vince Girondas German Volume Training. This is called his honest workout with 60 sec between sets. I have done this and it is absolutely BRUTAL to say the least. As for the CNS becoming over stimulated you should be ok as I take it you are on cycle. If you are you should have no probs. Keep this in mind. You should not be able to reach the required reps for all 8 sets. When you do it's time to increase the weight and off you go again. Good luck and get ready to ride the pain train.

Thanks for your input. I found it helpful. I know it will be painful but the feeling afterwards the tightness and pump and end results make it worth it. Pop in the earbuds with some fear factory and machine head and I am good to go.

Vince Gironda style (kinda...but toned down?)...take it you're going minimal rest between sets? My experience of it is it works for a while (everything new does) then it fries your CNS (if done properly) if you stay on long enough. Good for about 3-4 weeks (maybe 6 if you're genetically gifted) then CNS fatigue/staleness sets in. Maybe this toned down version will be less demanding.

You nailed it brother that was my thoughts as well. Plan is to do 6 weeks. My thought is it will show some muscle shock results.I was thinking toned down due to the stress my tendons are currently under due to current cycle. I have been going real heavy for me in the last 5 weeks.
