HGH for non-body builder- questions
A little about me so you know where I'm coming from. I'm 27 6'3 220 (not muscle). I'm a really inactive guy and now that I've put on some weight it makes it even harder to try and run or lift weights without hurting my back or something. I just want to get in better shape..I want to lose fat and tone up not get huge or anything. That being said I've heard about hgh from friends and i've been reading up about it. I purchased Humatrope in mexico (5 mg 15 iu). Now my questions.
What dosage should I start with? (my friend recomended to start with .5iu for a few days then u to 1)
When do I increase dosage?
Is there a cheaper way? (ive read about Hygetropin and other chinese brands)
How do I get chinese stuff? (i will actually be in china in 1 week so I could buy it there but whats the policy on shipping it..do i need a script..does it matter..feel free to PM me on this one)
How long can I use hgh? (without negative long-term effect)

For well being and minor fat loss ...2 iu a day everyday. NO more than that. It will clear up your skin and tone you up a bit.
imo you are still fairly younge and think you can reach your goals with some good ol hard work. you should first try diet and exercise. not necessarily bb buy try some old fashion stuff and see how your body reacts. try the push-ups pull up and cardio to toan and drop bf. the Gh wont hurt but you are still young as i said and as far as your questions: the reason i say the above is because i think most of what i have read states that for the best results you should run your Gh with test. in your case you should still be producing a decent amount of test on your own, you should get blood work done to see where you are at because you may be able to reach your goals without GH and test. you mention being really inactive. so you understand that the reality is you have to put in some sort of work no matter what you decide to do you have to ad diet and exercise to that you get good out of it. i hope you find what will safely and effectively work for you.
HGH is not for you. It is used by bodybuilders that have reached their genetic potential and want to blast through it. To get maximum results you will need to stack with test/insulin/T4 and run for at least 4 months.
2 IUs per day would be too little anyway.
tread-mEB. Hgh was approved by the FDA for reasons other than BB after having been proved out through medical trials. It has 100 uses long before we ever have the conversation about BB. Its benefits are many and the dose has to fit the goal. His goal is not BB so his dose will be ineffective for BB but not ineffective for goal. Having cycled off and on for 22 years and now running blast and cruise for 2 years I can assure you the benefits of hgh aside of actual building are many and quite effective if used to goal. The advice of insulin is not only not for everyone, it is for an elite few who understand compounds in a big way as they relate to the endocrine system and it would be irresposible to suggest you need it for hgh to be effective even as a BB. While insulin is the catalyst for axis speed meaning metabolic rate, there are much safer ways to promote insulin in the body. The T-4 to T-3 conversion is one of those ways. So it becomes even more dangerous using insulin when using those hormones given the production could spike easily and an inexperienced use may not understand that. Could be much more than a candy bar needed i n a sugar crash and especially given with all the other components working in the hormone system changing the "norm" when learning about insulin use.
tread-mOk I'm going to spend some time trying to answer some of yyour questions and help. If I dont cover it and you want to know friend me....hgh helps create new cells. This why when the body is producing a lot of it you get healthier and stronger and and once the body starts having a hard time producing as much, your body begins having a higher rate of dying cells when compared to new cells and aging begins. Hgh is used for many things even though most of the use you are probably hearing about is building. It is a huge part of anti aging now in the hrt world when combined with test. You can benefit at your age using about 2 iu's daily without test and there is no way I would recommend test until you get off your ass and get rid of some fat! Yes, there is some tough love around here....if you use test now with your BF% you have a fairly high chance of having gyno issues. Heres where I would go...get your act together in the kitchen and start pounding some good cardio while you run 2 iu's for a little help, maybe even an oral fat burner to turn that furnace up a little and then come back and post the topic test with hgh here or in cycles. To go over 2 iu's is a waste because test and growth are balanced in the hpg axis and your body will discard it. It can be ran very saifly for very long periods of time. In fact many will run it for life, especially as you hit later 30's and on. You will only want to run it up in iu's on a cycle where I would ramp it up and iu a week going into a cycle and get to around 5iu's for the cycle run and then drop back to 2 iu's the same way you went up during pct after cycle. I would run it for a year to start and run your cycle in that year. As to bringing it back from China, its against the law to come back into the country without a script. Mail it to yourself or just order it from here. Lot of good info all over the hgh forum, read through here and it will help witbh your questions . There is a lot of low dosed hgh coming out of Mexico and much of it around 1 mg so if yours is good then thats great. Go to work on yourself and invest in your future brother. You can jump on thiis 24/7 and knock it out or drag it out for years. I'd be on it like paint and get it over with and lets get you on a cycle and change your world!
Awesome thank you..very informative..I agree with you on the test issue too. I need to get off my ass first and show serious dedication to my physical health. 2 iu's seems very doable and if you think the china option is decent then it can be affordable..as far as the oral fat burners..do you recomend anything in particular? I am ready to change my world..thanks again!
tread-mI would leikely look to clen. I have never had to use those things though. If you will go over to "steroid cycles" and drop in a topic such as..."CUT FAT FOR CYCLE PREP". Then drop in the exp?anation something like this: " I am trying to up my game in diet and traing to cut BF% so that I can prepare to do a cycle later after I take care of business. Would clen be a good help as a fat cutter or give me suggestions?". That should yield some good advise for your specifics. I think I feel good about a little clean up up with clen but I hate to lay that on you as an only option given I have not had to use those aids. Good luck with it and happy to belp where I can.
Anonyour friend is dumb then lol i take hgh the gen blue tops i do 4iu a day for fat loss anything over 6iu will be for muscle building
