***JACK3D*** POST WORKOUT SUPPLIMENT

Ok im one of those guys that needs a little help from time to time to get me motivated especially on max out day. The 1st thing i do when i get to the gym after I get thru preping my workout swag in the locker room because, well there alot of fine ass honey's at my gym and presentation is everything and cleanliness is next to Godlyness, is hit the tread mill, being that I have an insanely high metabolism I some what speed walk for no more than 10-12 minutes and try not to burn over 65-70 calories. But this is my motivation, Yeah, yeah i know Im not suppose to do any cardio if im trying to gain weight but ive managed to gain 38 lbs since july with my work out plan so bite me lol, anyways there are somedays that I need a little push to fully give it all I got so a friend of mine turned me on2 JACK3D. You can purchase this as GNC and for the most part i dnt care to much for GNC's line of bull shit, but if you want those insane tingling pumps I would recommend you try it. Now there are alot of folks that prefer N.O. EXTREME over JACK3D but me personally I like the JACK3D better as the N.O. seems to keep me up at night. If youve tried any of these or are thinking about trying any of these leave me some input. thats what were here for to help each and lead people in the right dirrection of what works and what doesnt right.

just to update from my last reply..I cant decide between Driven Sports "CRAZE" and USPLabs "Jack3d"

their both the only pre workout supplements I've ever used and both are awesome, Jack3d seems to give me the tingles and pins and needles feeling..Craze doesnt give me the jitterness of Jack3d but makes me belch alot/Trapped wind in chest. anyone else ever get this?

I have been using Jack3d for almost a year, on and off. I can def. say that whatever they put in there - WORKS! Great pumps, and endless stamina. Sometimes I have to tell myself to stop, and put the iron down. Seriously. I heard of 2 army doods dying from using it, which kinda bugged me out, but I'm pretty sure if you stick to whatthe label says(or close to it)- you should be good. Personally I take a 3 scooper 20-30 mins pre-workout, and that shit has me going! and I am not sensitive to caffiene. NO insomnia, no trouble sleeping. If your ass isn't KICKED after working out on that shit, then you DEF. NEED to go harder. (not you pope- just sayin in general) ;) I like jack3d, but it's one of those things.. If I have energy, I try not to use it. my 2 pennies.

shit is delicious too, I use it pretty frequently, I can say there are days I dont feel like doing shit but then I get all jack3d up and im good to go

hmmm sometimes Jack3d dont work for me at all! I dont mix any caffeine/stimulants with it either, I get the rec dose and I also took breaks from using since I thought I became tolerant to it. I wish I had the pumps as it use to give me! I remember one day I took 3 scoops and I didnt work hard enough, I ended up doing a all nighter lmao I fell asleep at 7 A.M!

Doesn't work even after taking a break? That sucks! I notice that if I use it 5 days a week, for a week or so. By reccommended dose you mean 1 scoop? 2 scoops? 3 scoops? If you aren't taking 3 scoops, then maybe try and up it a lil? Worked for me. I used to get nice energy off 1 scoop, then upped it a scoop to 2, then that seemed to wear off - so I upped it to 3. That's why I try not to use it everyday, butit's hard, because it works so well, -when it works! Black coffee man.It was mentioned below.. it's true, it works for energy, but NOT FOR PUMPS. = ( sOME PEOPLE SWEAR BY SUPER DUMP.

Yeah I took a break of about 2 months without any pre-supp, it was weird. when I came back I tried doing 1 and half scoops and slowly upped it each time to see where I would come tolerant to it. normally its around 2 or more scoops now.. I tried that black coffee before... I got a massive crash during a workout lol there must be something wrong with me! haha, I'll just stuff my face with complex carbs I think from now on, back to basics!

hah, i love jack 3d. i use it for pre-workout and also when surfing. when we have a hurricane swell of something rediculous after a 4 hour session your pretty much fucked. i eat something with protein and bread, take 2 scoops jack 3d and eat some N.O. pills and head back out for 4-5 more hours. works fucking great. i feel like by body just keeps pumping it out and takes away most of the burn from paddling. my fucking back and shoulders feel shredded after those days. love it. love me some jack 3d. couldn't do what i do without it sometimes.

From personal experience, at first Jack3d would make me go crazy, I felt godly and had endless energy, but soon enough it came to an end where it never worked for me after that, even going around 3-4 months without much preworkouts and caff and then going back onto Jack3d it has worn off me...

its crazy how peoples different, I could use three scoops, go to the gym for an hour and then go home and go straight to sleep. It use to affect me like that when I 1st started using it but I dont feel no bad sides anymore

bro i work at gnc...GNC is gonna do one of three things it will always always try to sell you vitamins and there line of product gnc brand (amp and all that bullshit)...second they try to sell you jacked or c4 or even 1mr they ok .but super over price for what ur getting..tingling feeling of caffeine and niacin.. i promiss after using that consistently that felling will go away they sell u that too get commission's (im speaking on cooperates side)..or they mostly likely sell you both..so if u want a get prework out jacked 3d ok but only if u use it 1 in a blue moon...i dont recommend everyday...and dont buy at gnc there always over priced go to a mom and pop suppment shop or onlines the best ebay..save ur money on gear..idk if any realizes but people send wayyyy more money on proteins and preworks in a month then on gear..gear last way longer..in my opinion

The title threw me; Jack3d is my favorite PRE-workout supplement. It's mainly caused by Methylhexamine, but Jack3d also has big niacin, which causes the tingling.

I use it only 2 or 3 times per week, since tolerance builds up and the effect is wasted otherwise. Also lucky that Methylhexamine makes you feel like shit if you try to mix it recreationally, and too jittery for absuse as a general aid for concentration and focus (for that purpose, Pramiracetam, Modafinal, and DMAE are best; in that order). So it's only really useful for workouts. The awesome feeling is great motivator for those 2 hardest workouts of the week.

IMO, it sucks for cardio. Perfect for lifting. Beats the crap out of caffeine.

acually its the beta-alanine that give the tingles, the flush is the niacin.
decent product though :-)
I am not big up on getting too much stime in me. but this and a few others are nice from time to time.

I loved taking this but I had to stop cause I got terrible cramps, I'm guessing it was from all creatine based sports drinks.

yeah i get cramps from time to time as hell, they are usually on the back of my thighs and can be pretty painful, most of the time when I get them they come in the worse time possible....SEX. Although I dont know if they are linked directly to jack3d

I tried no and it was good, not the best but good, way back then i was on nano9 from muscletech ( pill form) and damn! those made my whole body tingly and red! Jack3d is really good as a preworkout, and i used it for the past 3 years i believe?, but somehow or it comes weaker or my body got really used to it and i don't feel anything.
Right now i'm talking NOVEM from scivation, not bad, not the best thou

The crash can suck. Black coffee is probably the best pre workout. No matter how often you drink it.. As long as you drink it black - it ALWAYS works!! I noticed that after a lil run e/d or e/o/d with the jack3d, I feel next to nothing-until I stop using it for a few days/a week, then hop back on it, then the motivation returns.

Lol, I use to be real big into coffee but for some reason now if i drink to much coffee before I hit the gym Ill be having some problems when i start lifting heavy

Ive used the 1MR, NO Explode, C4, and all the different flavors of jack3d even the new green apple which is quite delicious, I will say I am still a jack3d man!!, I didnt like the c4 because of the way it made my forehead tingle, I didnt like the M1R because it was a little to strong and almost made me nauseous, the jack3d is the only one I feel like is just a really good compound to give you great pumps and a hell of a work out

ive done the jack3d infact still got half bottle in cabinet didnt do shit for me but hey to each their own no xplode worked the best for me last time i took it i was waiting for my friend who was running couple mins late at gym i felt like a caged animal pacing the bench but even the no xplode stalled out i guess my body got used to it im give bullnox a try next

Tried Jack3d, it's really hit and miss. Sometimes i feel it, feeling happy and energetic other times its barely there, tolerances builds up fairly quickly and dosage has to be upped.

Ive used loads of Preworkout supps and some have been disgusting to say the least man. Ive just got myself 2 tubs of '3D Explosion', its just about the same as Jack3D but without the Crash I was suffering from the Jack. I sway between DY NoxPump/No Explode/3D explosion. Im in the UK to so I might just give 'Ravishing65's' recommendation a try next. Heard good things about that stuff.

Why post workout? Or was that a typo? Pre workout I've used jacked, beta alanine, n.o.explode, 1mr,argenine, super pump 250 and all sorts. The n.o. explode gave me g.I. explode. I've been using carbolyn and vitargo with acetyle l carnitine caps. Carbs seem to work pretty good. Muscle bellies get nice and full, and I workout right after breakfast, so I can be a little groggy. Oj mixes well with the carbs and seems to do the trick.

I just bought a new tub of blue raspberry jack3d yesterday, nice day to get my ass jack3d up and do some heavy training!!!! I lo love the affects. I feel like im beasting

I don't know if you can get it in the States, but in the UK I find it more economical to just buy/use DMAA (the most prominent active ingredient) and mix it with some OJ. You can get it cheap as chips on eBay.

How much do you usually take at a time? On the ingredients list its just part of the proprietary blend totaling 4145mg, so I'm guessing a dose of 1,3-D is pretty small.

Not a lot...it comes with a tiny 50 mg measuring spoon...about 30/40mg.

Occasionally I have to take some time off of using Jack3d. For me a tolerance build up happens much too quickly, I go from 1 to 3 scoops in about a week.

There is something you can take that downgrades (washes) your receptors re DMAA. Can't remember what it is but its relatively easily obtainable (in the UK that is).

that happens to me as well, I try to only use it when i need it so I wont build up a toerance. For the most part i dnt need it but then theres day I am really having to push myself so I get jack3d!!!

I have tried M1R by BPI, Gaspari Nutrition Super Pump 250, BSN N.O. Explode, Controlled Labs Purple Wraath, and USP Jack3d. M1R tastes horrible just like BPI's protein but worked great. Super "DUMP" 250 made me have to TAKE A SHIT within seconds every time I used it, otherwise it also worked great. N.O. Explode was so fizzy it felt like drinking a soda pre workout and would upset my stomic especialy if I was gonna do some hard core cardio. Purple Wraath made my fore head itch really bad due to the Beta Alanine. Jack3d is one of my favorits and I felt like 1 scoop did the job. As with others any more than one scoop and I would quickly become amune to it.

its funny you say that because i just bought M1R for the 1st time a couple of days ago, I agree it taste like pure ass, it was horrible tasting, however it worked very well and i will use it again.

I like the jack3d, the tingling pumps are insane. I use it mostly now on max day as it tends t ogive me an edge. I use to get it at GNC but just discovered recently that you can buy it on amazon.com for half the price GNC sells it for

I've tried all Pre workout supps Jackd3d works well but is highly toxic. Because of geranium it is an ingredient that is a mood enhance and is normally given to Aids patients for depression a lot of supp company's are reformulating their blends last time i checked Jackd still contained geranium in it. I like super pump and assault

I workout @ 5:30am and if it wasn't for jack3d that would not be happening, I roll out of bed @ 5am, crawl to the kitchen, mix up 1 1/2 scoops and within minutes i'm driving to the gym music full blast ready to hit the weights. justwant2bejacked = BIG jack3d fan!

I've done jack3d and neurocore by muscletech (others I've tried I don't think are even worth mentioning). I actually prefer neurocore because it's concentrated like jack3d but they actually tell you all the ingredients including the amount of caffeine in it.

If you try neurocore, make sure to get the grape and not the fruit punch. The fruit punch tastes only slightly better than dog shit.

I got the fruit punch and as you said: it tastes like shit, but it does work pretty damn good. I've used Jack3d also and its just as good. I use 2 scoops of the nuerocore and within 20-30 mins i'm dying to hit the weights.
