Still on a Var only cycle but would like thoughts about my next cycle.
A little background on myself first.
Body weight 170 lb
Height 5'10"
Body Fat 11%
Age 28.
I'm currently at the end of week 3 (5 more weeks to go) on a Var only cycle at 75 mg each day. I'm getting lean right now, did a lot of partying my last 7 years. Trying to get back into shape. I work out everyday. This is what my workouts look like.
Day 1: Chest & Biceps
Day 2: 30 minutes of cardio
Day 3: Abs, Back, Legs
Day 4: 30 minutes of cardio
Day 5: Shoulders, Triceps
Day 6: 30 minutes of cardio
Day 7: Rest
Right now I'm eating right around 3500 calories a day. I tried 5,000 and its tough man.
But I'm gonna do a Deca Durabolin/Test Enanthate stack. Do these levels look okay or do I need to drop the dosage down a little bit?
Wk 1-11 Test Enanthate/Cypionate 400-500mg each week
Wk 1-10 Deca Durabolin 300-400mg each week
Wk 1-16 Nolvadex 20mg each day
Wk 13-16 Clomid

Since I will be running a Test E only cycle. Am I reading this bottle correctly? its 400 mgs per mL? And this bottle is 12 mL which means it has 4,800 mgs total in it?

Since I'm on a 11 week Test E cycle @ 400 mg each week. I will need 4,000 mg total for 10 weeks. Will 1 bottle of this be enough for to supply me @ 400 mg each week for 10 weeks?

yeah bro, if its 400mg/ml you have 12 doses of 400 (i.e. theoretically able to go 12wks,but a lil bit gets lost in the syringe every inject) so yeah, u look good.
interested in hearing about quality of gear. many new guys go with 10 wks cycles simply because of the even vial count, so this would be good SRC info to pass on if the gear is good

A co-worker of mine used the source that I linked in the pic. It's legit. He was 150 when we got here and when he left he was 190. This was over a 6 month period. I don't know how much he was doing per week and don't know how long his cycles were. I use that source for my Anavar.
bro, gains (bulk or leaning)are primarily dictated by diet and training. stfu is right, test will (pretty much) get u anywhere u want to go (in ur early cycle history) with proper diet and training. gain some experience (and knowledge)before moving onto other compounds

Test Enanthate only it is then :). It's tough getting those 5,000 calories in, I'm definitely getting around 3500 a day though. Right now I work 12-18 hours a day, 6-7 days a week. But they give me an hour to go work out.
stfuandliftbtchif your trying to stay lean, dont use deca. also, dont waste your time using nolva on cycle. just a waste of money and not necessary..keep on hand incase you get itchy nipples, sore nips, etc. first cycle, all you need is test. Someone else tells you so, they ARE WRONG. Ive done 4 cycles, 1 with only test, being my first cycle, and it was by FAR my best cycle. Strength went through the roof on test alone. As far as your dose. 400-500mg is good for your first cycle. Once again, first cycle=ONLY test. trust me.
Also, id you can do back on legs on the same day, you arent working out hard enough. try 2 on 2 off. chest, back REST Shoulders,arms(i do am/pm),Legs, rest.
I'll take your advice and do test only. Thanks for the info. Will definitely still get the nolva in case I start having some gyno problems.
I'd replace the nolva with an ai like arimidex and run hcg througout at 1000iu/week.
