Hey Ladies, I am 5’5’’ weighting 130lbs about 18% body fat. I’m lean. I’m trying to build more definition of my body and get a 6 pack. I’m interested in using an anabolic and wanted to know which would be a good recommendation for a female.

AnonIf your goal is a six pack...there is but one real recommendation for you....DIET DIET DIET.....anavar with 18%body fat will not give you a six pack or anything close...I don't want to sound harsh but 20% to 25% body fat is what the average woman should carry, 18% in the world of sports is not really considered lean. You should also get a hormone panel before you start anythingso you have a baseline established... now if you don't mind the thickness then by all means anvar is a good place to start if you are looking to put on some lean must le mass.

AnonNp, I think the recommended dosage is 5-10 mg a day... females are lucky price wise lol.. Make sure you find a legit brand.. you probably only need 1 bottle... Oh and you ladies dont need PCT
AnonThat's not true wish one ..pct for women is to taper off your compound unless you enjoy estrogen rebounds. Hay hay wrote a very good post regarding this issue. Please make sure you do your research before giving women advice :-)
