ad

Since I been taking Dbol I've always takin it w/food cuz that's what I've read for the most part. Then I came across a couple posts bout taking it on an empty stomach causing it to become more effective.

I have takin it on an empty stomach and I don't get nausious or anything like that.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts and opinions.

I take mine with a piece of fruit in the morning only bc i take milk thistle with it. The milk thistle on an empty stomach makes me sweaty and nauseated.

For me it doesnt matter unless its the dose before the gym, 45 minutes before gym with a protein snack works best for me. If you want to increase the effectiveness drink grapefruit juice with it.

Im no steroid expert but I do take a lot of nutrition, physiology, and kinesiology classes (exercise science major). Taking D-bol with food may slow digestion of the Dbol to a degree. Here is an analogy to compare it too, imagine taking 2 shots of tequila on an empty stomach, now picture youself taking those same two shots of tequila after Thanksgiving dinner. Yes, you will indeed still have the alcohol in your system either way but you will metabolise it differently in each situation.

Nuff said after that analogy....empty stomach it is! Cuz I never drink on a full stomach. I like it to hit me hard and fast. LOL

I always take it with and empty stomach and never had a problem. An I know I can have a pretty sensitive stomach sometimes but not for Dbol.

Before I say anything, I should say this is my first cycle so weight anything I say with that. Anyway, I've been on the dbols for over 3 weeks now. I work out in the morning so I chew them up on an empty stomach so that it will get into my blood stream faster. Other times during the day, I take them whenever it's time (I do them about every 5 hours). Sometimes that means I do them with food sometimes without.

From what I've read, once it's in your bloodstream its in your bloodstream. Eating it with food or not is usually just a way of offsetting side effects like indigestion. So the only real benefit of an empty stomach is to reduce the time it takes to get into your system. But I'd like to hear what more experienced users have to say about this too.

what you said is what I figured as far as how quickly it reaches the bloodstream. Like I said ran across a post where some d00d had mentioned that taking them with food weakens them by not allowing it to fully hit the blood stream....hence my initial question. Hopefully some more have a bit of insight as well. Thanks

Yeah, I'm curious about what exactly "fully hit the blood stream" means. I don't really see how food would reduce the quantity of dbol that is released into the bloodstream.

That makes sense
