Injection Sites

ad

I choose my injection site based around my workouts as it can be a bit sore for an hour or so after and I do nto want to pin the muscle I am working out. I am on my 4th injection.

I am doing legs later today so went to pin my right delt but after getting the needle in, no matter how hard I pulled back using my left hand(not easy to do) I just could not aspirate so I pulled out, changed the needle and went for my left delt (using my right hand) this was a bit easier but again it was a nightmare to aspiarate, so difficult to pull back with one hand.

I did actually pin my left delt last injection too, which is why I was going for the right side this time.

Anyway...I find glutes by far the easiest to pin, but based on what workout I am doing e.g. legs, it would mean that I can not pin this area all the time.

question is - I am currently pinning Tues morning and fri night, if I did a leg workout Tuesday during the day would it matter if I just moved my injection to the evening and then carried on as normal on Friday. This way I could make sure I can pin my glutes each time.

I figures since I am using Test E that this would be ok as it takes like 2 weeks for the esters to kick in anyway?

advice appreciated...

Yes, thats exactly right. if you pull back and there is resistance then you are in the muscle and your good to go. remember, there is pressure in your veins which helps circutate your blood (blood pressure)so when you inject a needle into it, that pressure will assist in pushing blood up into that needle. therefor, you only need to pull back slightly and if your in a vein then blood will shoot into the barrel with ease. if not, then you are in the muscle and good to go.

Im not exactly sure what you meant about pulling back hard on the plunger but couldnt aspiarate but some people are misinformed when it comes to this topic. When aspiarating, there is no need to pull back hard or thinking you need to see a bubble before you can inject. You only need to barely pull back. If you are in a vein, you will know it right away. Blood will rush into the barrell without having to pull very hard. almost the same as if you pulled back on the plunger in midair. so, if there is any resistence at all then your in the muscle and good to go. slam that shit in there and go rip somebodies head off. lol j/k hope this helps.

Thanks for this, as a newbie on 1st cycle I had no idea how hard to pull back, on the 1st injection I pulled bubbles back so assumed that is what I wanted to see everytime, but from your saying, if I am in a vein then blood will come back really easy, whereas if in a muscle the resistance means I am good to go and should not worry about bubbles?.....just as long as I try to pull back and no blood comes in I should go ahead?

I've been using hip injection with test-e for a while, never had any problem with that.No major veins or nerves. On my first cycle during the 10 week period I had blood in the syringe only once.
Now Im using test-e and deca but still have only the 2 ml syringes, so I have to pin 2x in one sitting. One goes to the hip the other goes to the tigh.I change left and right side every week.Seems to be ok so far.I pin on Sunday and do legs in the gym on Monday with no problem.
Try the ventrogluteal site. It's my favorite.
