Hey guys,
I'm new to the board and a little late at joining it as I've been Scammed!!! lol
Sucked a bit,
I'm 27 been working out since I was about 19 I also did a cert3 in fitness, Great site this one finding it very helpful getting info on diets but hard finding a source being from Australia,
I lost a lot of weight and size after I dropped the heavy training (about 15kgs) for almost two years and did a lot more mma and cardio... now 8 months back in to the heavy lifting and I'd like some help to get in better shape faster,
I'm 5'10 and only 78kgs at the moment low bf% I just want to get bigger without gaining any fat.. don't we all!!
Any help would be sweet

Hey fellas, another aussie here stuck in the same boat as you all. Really sucks down here as far as getting good gear goes. Im interested in local sources altho prices are rediculous, but may end up ordering ofshore, definately have to stick together keep the info comming, if any good off shore sources are found with good success getting through our customs. If i go that way ill post up my success or failure lol. Good luck all.
