With another full year of growth and with his track record of making huge improvements consistently my pick is Phil heath. Top 5: 1. Phil heath 2. Kai green 3. Jay cutler 4. Dennis wolf 5. Dexter jackson

i was already aware about that. but arnold won in 1980 when boyer coe clearly should have won. i just dont think phil had good a good proportioned back
AnonYou know there arent a lot of guys that have made the kind of improvement over the last few years the way phil has probly branch warren and maybe 1 or 2 other guys but he is phenomenal. the only thing he might need is maybe a little more quad size and maybe just a little bit more back but his back is right up there with Jay and kai's. I respect your opinion though but sheesh have you seen the pics of Phil? He is freaking huge and the improvements to his chest and shoulders and pretty much everything else. And speaking of arnold and boyer coe and the eighty's if that's what you wanna refer to you then you should definitely pick someone like phil over jay especially because phil has 1000 percent better conditioning and his waist looked even smaller too!

My money is on Jay but, i will be rooting for Phil Heath. I love the way this guy looks, small waist and amazing muscle bellies. If only Vic would come in top notch condition (he never does) he would deff take it. IMO he has the best overall physic of any pro BB.
i think jays got another year,your right about phil,hes come up and looks grate,all these guys look good alone...its when yr next to jay ya find out how wide he is.I like dexter but i dont see a top 5 for him this year

AnonYeah, it wouldn't surprise me at all if jay won again but with his shaky track record with his conditioning Wich Phil is known for, plus the fact that u know jay isn't gonna look different at all its just wether or not he hits his peak. Alot of people thought Phil should of won last year. I just think with him being known for making major improvements in as little as 6 months having a full year he s gonna b scary

Cutler needs to spend some money and have the mole removed from his face. That's the first thing I look at instead of his build.
