holy shit my leg hurts its been 4 days an i still could barely walk is that normal i did 1 cc .now i gota do another 1 i even ran it under hot water. ima try half a cc eod ill stay posted. my recomendation is only to do if ur serious about juicin ands dnt mind pain lots of pain

ya its been 5 days now its starting to get better i just did a quarter cc into my other thigh yesterday its sour just not as bad. i went to walmart and bought a heat pad.it helpded plus some tylenol lol has any body had good gains?? how much in how long just curious..
what gauge do you use? maybe go smaller although its terribly hard to extract test when you go too small.. i had no problems when i shot into my leg for the first time

tread-m1/2 cc every other day? How long have you been using gear and how old are you if you don't mind? Front loading? Not sure leg would be my choice for a really new user, glute/delt...

tread-mIt could Mike, just do all the things you need to do to help. Warm water bath to warm the gear and most important to have that muscle very relaxed, don't flinch and don't work that muscle for 24 hrs.Might try a heating pad on the leg. For what its worth, you're running too much gear for your age brother...Diet is building and you're already loaded with natural test, just be careful! Don't even need to front load that sauce, you're already front loaded at your age.

tread-mThats plenty for your age....with your natural test thats actually a very big first cycle. Less is more and you need to use your diet to achieve any and all goals in building. Cycles have to increase over time and change, so to start very slow and understand you have many years ahead of you insures you can be at it a very long time. Turtle wins the race man,every time!

tread-mYou have to head off the drop in test you will experience with pct and that includes jumpstarting natural test. If natural test does not come back quick you will increase estrogen allowing estrogen to take over receptors that were previously occupied by test. This process destroys your gains and even causes an uptake of more BF. Go over to post cycle therapy and take some time to educate yourself on post cycle therapy, when it begins etc,,,to understand why you do these things insures you will have the knowledge to keep gains. Understand the quality of gains is very important. Taking on too much fat allows estrogen to store in the body and it just waits for the moment it can take over receptors...understanding all of that how/why it works will be as important as anything you do. Go to jaycutler.com and click on the blueprints tab bottom right to get some idea of what the diet looks like for the given goal. You have to look through the whole year if wanting to gain..what he is eating today for example going through a cut is not the diet you want if needing to gain. Go back to his diet around December 2010 to july 2011 for bulk...hope its still up. Those diet plans cost good money from local trainers so this one being free is one of the best. What you gain is much more important than how much you gain. The less you gain in a cycle the more likely it will be that you can keep it. Take your time, do it right and enjoy it for a long time. Get impatient and just put on weight in volumes with anything you can eat, vicious cycle and you will eventually end up back where you started and either get it right or give up.
