Naps my order is from June 2! I need a tracking number! Bin trying it get for 2 months now thank!!
naps has been having trouble with getting packages to people since december of last year... i dont think it is something they will get fixed anytime soon.... i waited 3 months for my order and it finally showed just to be short products.... they blame it on shipping problems but that cant be the case since i get products shipped from other sources coming from the same country and there is no problems.... naps needs to get better people running the shipments or just call it a loss and close up shop... if ya cant keep up then quit.... sooner or later you will lose all of your customers anyway because of shitty service

I'll give u guys a clue whats up. My order is on 2.5 months. Basically, if you check the naps website, you'll see they're upgrading/closed. That means that they don't have any stock and are in the process of replenishing. That means they friggin haven't sent out any orders yet. They'll send when they update/stock. The tracking number they give me is proof of that, it dates back to January, though I place my order in May. So the tracking number they are giving are fake.
The 'Items has been held at the post office' is a bullsh!t excuse

Why does everything you write on this site go so slow what's the deal I have a great supplier right now but I heard about you guys and wanted to check u out but I keep hearing all these horror storys that people r takeing 2-3 month to recieve there gear u have to stop sending through the post office and use fed ex or dhl and the delays will stop I guarentee it

I wonder why mine says it's it has passed the sort facility in India on 7/24. I placed my order 7/7. Either way I'm happy it's showing something other than Ukraine sector.
did you go to Track -trace?--I have a number to check also-mine keeps coming up Ukraine
At first I checked at USPS and it said what I wrote. I went to track-trace and tried the number with every company and EMS says it's in India just like USPS. I don't know if I using the right Co but USPS and EMS both say it's in India. I don't know.

More than likely your order is coming from the new shipping location they have been talking about. let us know if it comes with the 2-3 weeks like they said
Hope is a good thing, I made an order at the beginning of June and I'm still waiting like the rest of you fellas. It is heartening that someone has received their goods.
Not going to go into details but.....someone on here who wanted me to check their Tracking number...their package arrive On the 21st of this month on the West coast....there is hope still...
If 15 - 20 % of the people who are waiting got their packages next week, and another 15-20% the week after, that would be hope. The post office finding a package that fell off a conveyer belt and rolled behind a machine a month ago and now delivering it, may be just dumb luck. Personally , I hope they do start to arrive, it's never fun to get take to the cleaners.
nobody is going to the cleaners, naps has been around a long time and will not go anywhere anytime soon. This occurance was 100% out of our hands until we hared about it as my fellow rep NapsRep has said 1000 times. I repeat nobody is getting scammed or screwed and those rumors are just that rumors and lies.
What? couldn't understand that last part. and also I dont think it just "rolled behind the conveyor belt" if Naps said they will start arriving this week and next and atleast 2 people got theirs within that time...well....it should eventually speak for itself.
I got the boot off IronMag for my concerns about NapsG, I am glad to see the posts here and know the site is run by Nazis. If, if my order get resolved I will post how the process went.

Before I post any review I want to run this by you. Order place May 26 2011, money picked from WU same day, today 7/24 no order. I have trying to contact you guys by submitting a ticket and I have but still no response. When i try to log in to see my ticket responses in my account but it keeps saying invalid username or password but it's the same one I use to log into my account so I am frustrated. I have changed my e-mail to see if that was the problem and still no response.
I see the same exact set of circumstances happeining to somebody else and I hope its not something bad.
