EODguyWell to help put everyones mind at ease.. I got my package in less than 3 weeks and I'm in Texas. Naps is very unpredictable and the customer service blows but EVENTUALLY you all will get your shit. Personally, I wont use them anymore. And till they UNfuck there fucked up ways they will keep loseing customers . There gear is damn good tho
I am giving them a chance. They came through for me before. Let's see. If i don't have my gear in three weeks then I will write them off. Certainly the delivery time is NUTS and there are other sources on this board that deliver with less hassle.

savagebladezAt least your package updates. I've been waiting 6 weeks and asked for the tracking number during week 3 and it isn't even in the system. I've sent them several tickets about it, and all I get is "It might not update at all before it arrives at your door. please give it some time. These are arriving daily. Kind Regards, William." - I get the same kind of answer each time too, the customer support doesn't care at all.

The website goes down all the time guys...noobs lol. It's funny to see everyone freaking out. However, I have never gone this long without receiving my products :/, starting to fear that something is up myself actually..
IMO If GP or Naps was shut down the rep would not have wasted his time responding the server will be back up.
I had an order that shipped 7/8 and I'm not even worried.
I doubt this company is down and out.. They have been around for a longggg time.. They are notorious for long wait times.. But I always recieved my good.. Order it around december and you will be set around summertime. Shrug..

Did some research online and it seems like the naps website goes down in the middle of each month for scheduled server maintenance and is usually back up withiin 5-8 hours. I hope I am right about this. Just search "napsgear website down" and it will pull up a lot of articles about it.
thats why you buy a small amount to test it out first
naps stole our money guys.. website is down. oh fuck man... im so piss off, and thats why the REP, doesnt answerd the msj that we send. really??? my fucking first order from them, and i fucking lost 700$ oh fuckkkk! ......
the story is that we got ripped of good lukey everone , napsgear and geneza pharmaceuticals also down so i think the got the money and run with it , i hop i am wrong
Does anyone know what is wrong with the Napsgear website? I just placed an order, sent the moneygram, and now the site is down. Can we get a Naps rep to let us know what is going on? Thanks. 500 bucks is a lot of money.
....same here waiting for a re-ship (7 weeks total) ...they sent it to the wrong address the first time!..at least that`s according to the tracking number they gave me.
Costumer service is very poor and helpless.....
Wow napsgear website wont even pull up!!....39days.. tracking still says the same thing as it has been for the past 3 weeks now...............
UPDATE: so im using the russian language on the track and trace website to try and track it. its def hard to read so what im doing is taking a couple lines and and entering them into google translate and i can tell what my package is going thru. THIS SHOULD HELP PEOPLE THATS PACKAGE IS STUCK IN THE UKRAINE IN TRANZ SEKTOR or w.e
My order was is "in the process of Postal Handling" still overseas. Last dates 2.7.2011 which i am assuming is july 2nd 2011. How long have anyone waited for that status to change? I havent read a true answer yet. I know this isnt naps but the post office. Also when the status does change how long to ny roughly?

Mine says in the process of postal handling. Last scan was at KYIV DOPP TSEKH №2 TRANZ SEKTOR on 6.22.11. Can someone please tell me what this means? It's been 43 days since my order was "shipped"
