Advise appreciated on blood levels

Hey
Been doing lots of reading and still got more to do. Any help and advise much appreciated.
Been using for a few years in varying amounts
Currently
400mg per week on pharmalabs test400 (mix of esters)
40 to 60mg of pharmalabs dianabol most days
Had been suffering with nipple related sides so have been trying to control it with pharmalabs letrozole 2.5mg. 2 to 3 times a week.
Libido and usual test sides is noticeable and seems to feel ok and suitable. Despite the test level is suggested to be normal.
Dianabol cycle has stopped now. But was on while blood was taken.

A test level of 27 nmol which is around 778 ng dl. I'd expect to see that on say 150 to 200mg test a week.

We can help better there where the post would be more appropriate. Also, when you repost, get the reference ranges in the picture. I imagine if you click “view” on whatever platform you are using to view your results, it will provide the reference ranges.
At first glance, there are several alarming things about your bloods and compounds. But like I said, knowing the reference ranges will help us sort these problems out

No. Its 790 ng/dL. His estradiol is 53.11 pg/ml. Which tells me his T levels or low for 400mg.

Definitely need the reference ranges. nmol is a measure of quantity of hormone. Whereas dL is volume. Together it makes concentration.
