I've been taking better care of myself on and off cycle. Im excited about this one because Im starting out in the best shape I've started a cycle in since my 20's. I will post pics along the way to show results. I plan on having my shorts a whole lot shorter in those. Lol. Quads are a big target in this one.

You are an example of the of how to do it properly.
Dialing in on all cylinders first. Having your training and diet dialed and locked in , on point, and really cooking long before even considering introducing exogenous compounds.
And now, once you begin. A simple test and provi protocol.
Couple that with a serious increase in overall calories and you should erupt with solid lean gains galore.
So far, well done.
I hate how my left shoulder won't grow properly. I tore my rotator cuff and had it repaired. Twice actually. I've done a ton of unilateral work on it. It just refuses to even try to catch up.

I have busted my ass in the gym. I've been able to not work for about 9 months now. I have been enjoying life and for me that's been fitness. Plus I have a wife of many years that is on board 100% She makes sure we both eat right but even when that means 2 totally different meals because of my needs she's game. Im ready for a week 8 or 9 pic!!

Dominick77The shape you are in in that picture, is the poster boy shape for before you start a cycle. Lean, low body fat which equals low estrogen. Perfect pre cycle condition. GIven your diet is spot on and you get adequate rest and train insane, you should blow up nicely on your proposed Test cycle. Godspeed brother! Thumbs way up.
