Test winny primo tabs?

28y.o 5th cycle. I took two years off as per advice I got on here from the vets. Currently 225 18% bf (my diets been pretty shitty while working 16 hr days but being in gear always motivates me to get back on track with diet)
Just want to run a simple cut cycle test e cycle hoping to drop bf and keep what muscle I have.
Never ran primo before and I can across BP primo tabs for a really good price but from my research not sure if it's worth running looking for any experience on this. I have 100x50mg

GnarkillPlease no negative karma on this but 16 hour shifts... you should easily be taking in much less cals you need for work unless you sit at a table for those 16, I work 6 12s and it's extremely hard to get my 2500 tops in but I am a laborer just seems a little fishy to that you say your at 18% I'm guessing 28% but that's my guess don't cheat yourself bro don't waste

Oh lmao. Damn heat going to my head. My problem isnt eating during work I bring my food and eat good breakfast and lunch but then I don't eat for about 8 hrs and when I finally do it usually right before I go to sleep and I end up stuffing my face. But I bought a new lunch box so I can pack more food. All the fresh produce takes up so much fucking space lol

everyone else gave you good advice, test only cycle will do wonders since youve been off for so long. Those primo tabs, ive used them myself same brand same dose and you have to be pretty damn lean for them to really show, with high bf you wont even notice any of the hardening, density vascuarity etc. Test only or test wtth some winny at the end should be all you need.
Thanks I'm deff dropping the primo tabs this time. And I'm going to assess my bf 6 weeks in and then decide wether or not to run the winny but from the experience I've got here and the research I've done I'll prob drop that too.

I hear ya, should've clarified my weight was 245lb in Feb. Went through a hardcore depression after my tren cycle. I lost a best friend and girl friend 2 weeks before my cycle was over and I just stopped my pct was shit forgot.to take it half the time. But the last 5 months ive worked my ass off dieting and I felt like I got to a point now that I can get back to strict diet. Which gear helps me stick to macros 100% and I don't say fuck it I'll eat a cheeseburger for dinner.
Sorry to hear you've had a rough ride, hope things improve. Just get your game in order beforehand would be my advice. I'd also suggest having had 2 years off, if I were you I'd lose the idea of running anything more complex than a basic test run. You'll do well on that without over complicating it.

I would say get that body fat down to at least 15% before you start another cycle, preferably lower. Starting a cycle with high bf% can complicate things, estrogen thrives in a high bf environment so controlling sides could be more difficult, among other things,
You admitted yourself your diet is shitty, fix that and stick to it for a few months before getting back on gear. Once your diet, training and cardio are set you can plan your cycle. Primo tabs and winny are not going to do much for you until you lean out a bit, so focus on a basic test cycle. If everything else is on point it should be more than enough to reach your goals, especially after a 2 year break from gear.
