general thoughts - overall diet and hormones balance.
Something I have been thinking on more and more lately. I just would love to hear the thoughts. Im guessing in the "community of users" we all agree. My point is pointed to towards education & conversion when asked by people; either randoms in public or family/friends.
After learning and educating myself, having real life data & "feelings" to relate to. I believe that hormones levels are equally important to diet.
Someone with hormone or other health conditions may have the best diet , but through numerous attempts and failures may quit the exercise or maintenance bc of the health conditions / levels. im not talking bodybuilding , I mean healthy and fit looking - "take care of themselves".
same as a poor diet with drugs/hormones can be a direction of disaster.
so when taking to my nurse neighbor I mention "drugs and diet" are equally important. non-user mindset that the drugs do everything. after doing the drugs we realize this isn't so true! lol

anvilDiet and training are always the bottom line. We never PCT 20 something years ago, items were not available as they are today even if you knew about them. When you took a break, you really had to ramp it up off gear. So my hormones were all over the place always and I still trained and was big, just didn't look "peak" or feel "peak".
You can take any of these guys give them drugs and they can add weight, get stronger, but those who's diet and training are able to take it to the next level. I mean there is a guy here took 1700mgs of gear for 6 months and looks like water balloon, his diet and training are no there so he took more drugs to look like rubbish.
I agree 1000% percent.
I have just got not the point of embracing "my" genetics. truly realizing my fitness isn't everyone's & vice versa. i fell in love with could go on & on. I mean I suppose this is the age old "genetics" post. either we are embracing and understand or we are still chasing the impossible lmao
