+ 1 What do you think of my bloodwork 9 weeks of 200mg test.

ad

I’m going to go to 500mg a week now for the next 16-20 weeks I just want to know the opinions of some more experienced testosterone users.

Just got my first set of labs after 9 weeks of 200mg a week. Got a few questions for someone with more experience than me.

My total t before 200mg was 420 and my free was 4.4

After 9 weeks of 200mg a week

My total t is 1336
Free t is 31
Estradiol is 54.7 (not really experiencing anything except maybe a little back acne every now and then so I haven’t taken any ai although I have anastrozole 1mg and nolva on hand)

Here is a picture of the cbc. Should I donate blood now with my hematocrit being 54? Anything else I need to pay attention to based off these labs?

I’m just now starting a 500mg a week for the next 20 weeks

I’m under doctor supervision but I’m about to stop going to them because I feel like they really don’t know much and said they didn’t want me levels any higher than they are now. I can just get my own lab work done and I have enough of my own testosterone on hand to last me several several years lol

The doctor also told me to lower my estrogen and to start taking 1mg anastrozole a day but from my research I’ve seen a lot of people saying don’t take an ai unless I’m experiencing more than one estrogen related side effect and I don’t believe I am yet. I have anastrozole and nolva on hand though.

So far I’ve felt absolutely amazing on the 200mg a week

Levels are too high for trt and will cause health issues.

Yea I agree. I’ll probably dial my dose back to 125-150mg a week after this blast

Your dose is too high to stay on indefinitely. Your blood markers are fine except hematocrit.

If you’re going to go on a cycle you’re going to have to donate blood at that hematocrit as well. Otherwise you’re putting yourself at risk of stroke and cardiovascular damage.

Estrogen is fine for that high test, but if you’re going to cruise safely you don’t want to that high tbh. Your free test is double the normal range. Sure you feel amazing but you’re setting yourself up for disaster if that’s your recovery level post and pre cycle.

Yea I think I’ll drop my trt dose down to 150mg or possibly even lower after my cycle. I agree 200mg is probably not a safe long term dose. It honestly felt like a mini cycle. Especially the first 4-6 weeks lol

When I do my cycle will my hematocrit go up even more for sure? I’m going to probably get labs around the 8 week mark of my cycle just to see where I’m at. I’ll go donate blood this week sometime

Good stuff. You probably had natural test production for a few weeks when you started so you were higher then. Once that shuts off you stabilize.

Try supplementing with vitamin d3 and k2 you’re close to the insufficient range, magnesium is also on the low range go with Magnesium glycinate , Shbg is pretty high , proviron can help with that. Sure you can go and donate , try drinking way more water even before blood tests , do cardio. For the backne, benzoyl peroxide can help. I also suggest testing for prolactin. How often are you pinning ?

LuceAniss's picture

Sunday and Thursday. I was debating on doing 3 pins a week as I’ve read that could be better?

Yes three times a week should be better since your bloods would be more stable.

Your estrogen looks good for having test in the 1300s. Mine was in the 70s. What's your height/weigh and approximate body fat percentage?

I’m 38 6’1” 180 right now probably 15% bf

I was around 167lbs 9 weeks ago when I started the 200mg
