+ 2 Bloodwork Help (Low Free T / High-ish LH / Normal Total)
Been having what I thought may be low T symptoms (no energy, low libido, and just generally feeling low but not quite depressed). I've been getting exercise and hitting the gym to lose some weight.
It seems like my total test is in range, but my free test is in the bottom of the range even though my SHBG is seemingly normal. LH is in range, but towards the high end which I guess makes sense because of the low free T?
Just seems abnormal as I see other bloodwork on here with way lower total T and a higher free T than my numbers.
Stats:
5'8" 164lbs, 30yrs old, ~15% body fat (6 Months ago I was 220 Lbs 30+% BF )
I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes about 6 months ago which prompted me to lose weight (A1C was 7.0%, now it is 5.4%).

WELL DONE !!!
Your body have gone thru a drastic change, I would revisit your blood work in 6 month when your body has had time to settle in on its new form.
Every thing looks pretty good.. SHBG not bad .. My question would be are you on any meds? Pain meds? Sleeping pills, or any type of SSRI's?? If you dont wanna answer that , totally get it.. I just feel like some of these meds tend to keep free test down.. Best of luck
Nope no meds at all, I do have some trouble sleeping but only take melatonin for it.
Gotcha, well thats good. That , I don't believe would hurt anything as far as your free test goes. Everyones different, i know some ppl with normal testosterone levels but have high free test and others like us, that have low free test.. I would say Shbg, but as you showed above , yours in good.. idk, I guess thats a question for the more experienced on here..
