+ 2 First ever Clenbuterol study in healthy young men (which is not just trying to demonize clen)

ad

It's brand new from May 12, 2020, I guess not everybody has seen it:
"Beta2‐adrenergic agonist clenbuterol increases energy expenditure and fat oxidation, and induces mTOR phosphorylation in skeletal muscle of young healthy men"

Link to the whole article: https://sci-hub.tw/10.1002/dta.2755

Of course, active bodybuilders are aware of most of what they say, but I find it nice to see science picking up. And it's a good reminder.

Btw, regarding science (I'm myself one of them) - keep in mind when thinking about Clenbuterol that there is zero scientific proof of any toxic effect on the heart (definitely not in humans). You should of course not believe me, just screen pubmed.

Well i for one like to Think That the suffering of dieting and transforming yourself through food and Cardio is the Best choice . But on a stage i Can see the need for clen . It just seems to take a bad toll on the kidneys and the cardiovascular system in the dosages people run

I prefer salbutamol, same effects as clen but has a very short half life so if you get side effects it'll be out of your system quickly where as clen has a half life of more than 30 hours

I don't use either anymore because of anxiety and high blood pressure , not worth it

1st and foremost I'm not a clen expert however I have heard throughout multiple communities that it's the high doses of clen that wreck people. I've also seen clen within communities as not recommended....
