After a long time of absence, I've finally recognised the value of the eroids community for an ASS using bodybuilder.

Some words about me:
I'm working in life sciences and pursue bodybuilding as a hobby now for ~20 years. In this time, I have accumulated piles of bro science related to bodybuilding - my second hobby ;). I will see to add my experience to the eroids forum whenever needed.

My main goal for now is to be stage ready in summer next year (without feeling/being skinny) and after that to leave the 220 lbs far behind me in "off-season" condition.
