Controlling LDL and HDL with Diet on Cycle

I just wanted to get an idea of how people control their HDL and LDL which we all know is drastically affected while on cycle. I know of the supplements and drugs we can use to control these but what do you guys who are serious about competing and training do with your diet to control cholesterol?

NotNatural23I personally like Niacin I have seen it work in numbers on my blood test. Also from my bloods cholesterol can have a big range depending on what you are on what supplements and aas. Anavar killed my hdl bad I mean single digits and went off and more than later it was normal. I like Niacin ,fish oils ,Turmeric and liver supplements are a must on any aas for me. Some people find Red Rice works and a few other things. Never resort to statins they are worse for u then any benefits u would get from it.
The reason Red Rice Yeast may work is beause it contains statinoids. Not sure why you'd recommend that but not statins.
