i'm 21 years old and i've been cruising for 2 and a half years. yeah i know im fucking crazy and im stupid for doing that. i wanted to be big and ripped and fuck girls till they cried, and i did. but now my priorities have changed, i dont care about being huge and ripped anymore, now all i care about is being a good size and lean. i dont want to be on TRT for the rest of my life, but i accept that as a possibility for my fuck up. so here goes my PCT regimen..
since im on prop right now, 175mg a week, i'm gonna run 250iu HCG ED for the last week of being on test.
then i come off test completely, then do 500iu HCG ED only for a week. then i drop the HCG completely, and do 50mg clomid 20mg nolva for 6 weeks. then get bloods done 6 weeks later. will have aromasin on hand throughout all of this.
i have plenty of HCG so if you guys think i should take more before i start taking the clomid nolva let me know. if my test comes back at anything below 500, i'm gonna do another PCT. if its still fucked, i'll go see an endo...

Do 250iu HCG per week (mon thurs) for 3 weeks while still on prop. Then continue for a further 3 weeks when off. (Liedig cells in your testes can be very stubborn to restart) Then do a week of 50mg clomid then off everything for 2 weeks and run bloods. Take 0.5 tab arimidex everyother day throughout... even till one week after bloods. you dont need more arimidex than that unless you already have severe gyno. You dont wanna shut off estro completely as you need it for natural IGF production. you dont need nolvadex or tamoxifen. so Dont waste your money.
You havent been on alot of prop (175mg is a low trt dose) so you should restart well.
I have a degree in biochemistry and genetics and have been prepping and maintaining enhanced athletes for a very long time (bodybuilding and other more mainstream sports). You will be fine just follow my protocol.
If you find your sex drive drop or you feel low during my protocol try enhanced athletes Blue Ox at 4 pills aday. I was shocked at how well it worked! it wont interfere with the protocol

Totat T fell back into the normal range but total red blood cells stayed high for an additional 8 months. (Thats a different story.) unfortunately i didnt fully recover. Test is a meger 300. Your younger with less time on gear. You got a good chance at a full recovery.
