What is the best workout to define chest.

Hey Everyone,
I was wondering if some of you can help me out. What kind/how many reps/ and # of sets would be good to define my chest?
I have only done push-ups. No weights!

3 what's your goal with your chest ? Big and bulky or defined and chizeled
Look up schwen press. I'm not sure how to spell it in English. Might be Sven press. It engages the pecs the entire time cause your having to engage them to hold the weight or weights up the entire time. Excellent chest exercise and no machine or bench needed. Just weights, or anything you can get ahold of really. Also when doing push-ups, get a couple of boxes or weights or anything to put your hands on so when you go to the bottom you fully stretch your pec muscles and count 1, 2 to top, squeeze the pec muscles, then count 1, 2, 3, 4 to bottom (fully stretched at that point) and squeeze the pec muscles again. It may sound impossible to squeeze them at full stretch but you will feel them engage. So 2 count up, squeeze, 4 count down, squeeze, back up 2 count, etc. Same with schwen press, 2 count out to full extension, squeeze (which you will probably already be doing anyway just to hold the weight out) and then back on a 4 count and squeeze.
StevebIf you can only do push ups, do incline by putting your feet on something elevated like your bed.

As for diet, there is an ebook posted on here in another ummmm... Thread? Not sure what you call it. Post!!! It is called the anabolic diet I think. It pretty much is exactly what I do. No sugar, no bread, no starch, no heavy carbs except fiber for anywhere from 5 to 6 days a week except for one or two cheat days (carb reload days we call them. Lol!!!) so basically all fat and protein for 5 or 6 days with fiber like broccoli and celery and spinich (I hate celery and spinish so I eat a lot of broccoli). If it ran, crawled, or walked... stick it in your mouth!!! Also drink lots of water. Try to get 256 ounches of water on those days. That's 15 of those 16.9 ounch water bottles. If you can't put that much in no big deal. Just try. On the cheat days, water not that big a deal. Drink what ever you want, just make sure you go back to the water. Water is extremely important to your body. I'm not saying buy and drink only bottled water. It is just a bottle is a good measure for the amount of water you drink. So open one up first thing in the morning, drink it and then fill with tap water the rest of the day if you wish. (Yes, I know... I misspell ounce)
Chest growth workouts is what I meant. Sorry.
Define it? Like show more definition? The kitchen will determine all that. The weights just build the muscle the diet uncovers it.
Hey iron maybe he meant what workouts would help chest growth..... I'm also interested in what u vets have to say about this
