+ 1 Hcg for weight loss
ad
My wife is interested in hcg for weightloss. I've read about it and the science seems sound. 200 Ius a day combined with a 500 calorie diet is supposed to let you drop 2-5 lbs a day. Your body thinks your pregnant and with the calorie deficiency your body starts burning fat to give the fetus nuetrients. I guess it's some sort of primal thing from way back when humans didn't eat everyday. Any experience with this would be appreciated. I've only just started to look into it and I won't give my wife something I am not sure of. Thanks

The Hcg for weight loss was a scam from the get a specific weight go and doesn't work any more than the other junk on the market like green tea.

RustyhookerWhen the body goes into starvation mode, the rebound defence is packing on fat. The hcg diet was literally ONLY 500 cals per day total when first introduced.
If your lady is physically active I'd have her chat with grrl or vikes wife about anavar and clean meals.
I actually ran the hcg diet just to put the rumors at ease....I kept a log and was going to post about it on here...but basically over 3.5 weeka I lost 20lbs I ran it at 1k cals bc 500 is rediculous of that 20lbs 8 was fat...I noticed better skin and my male parts became really soft and smooth like a babies bottom....after the 3.5weeks I bumped my diet back to what should have been calorie neutral and within 2months was up 25lbs 13 of which were fat...and a lot of it went to my love handles....I then went on a 500 cal a day defficit and got back to my original weight in a month...I concluded its only used would be as a one time prep for summer or something like that
As mentioned by others when mcmeanie asked any woman I've known that does it loses a ridiculous amount of weight but it comes back as fast or almost as fast as it was lost. My girl's mom and sister are what I'm calling chronic hcg dieters they run the diet, they gain it and then some back, they run it again not getting quite back to where they got the first time, and every time their overall health seems to decline a bit more
My girl considered it when they started and it was first popular but I convinced her that losing her muscle would be counterproductive to any long term fitness or weight loss goals, the loss of muscle being one of several reasons the diet wrecks a womans metabolism.
I asked the same thing for my girlfriend a few months back....
