Bloodworks relation to gear quality

I'm wondering how much of a range from person to person can you expect to see on bloodwork.
My mid cycle blood labs showed over 4200 total test from 500mg a week. Does this mean that my gear was better or stronger than someone who's bloodwork showed a lower level? or does this just relate to how my body deals with the test I injected?

Honestly if your bloods show more than 2000 you should be happy. But yea 3000-4000 is very good, when average test levels are between 400-600 for most men (not taking steroids), 4000 is significantly higher.
Everyone responds in a different way to drugs by the way. One person can inject 500mg test and have a total level of 2500, another will get 3000. There are lots of variables but as long as you are in the 2000-3000+ range you can be sure your gear is decent

Free test and estradiol are key. High test is nice unless its all bound
So many factors involved with this. From purity of gear to metabolism to length of time on, e.t.c. But numbers should be close for each person.
