Stupid question

I have a real stupid question about this cycle that I want to start eventually.
Its a test e 500mg per week for 10 weeks and simultaneously using nolvadex ed.
The nolvadex is a 90 day supply. The test will only be used for 70 days thus I have another 20 days worth of nolva left.
Now the dumb question: I have been advised to take proviron but the question is: do I start after the last pin of test yes 3x after the half life in days... do I take the proviron after or during or the nolva after and proviron during?
Im happy with the test on cycle and the pct that has to start after the last pin just the order thats just not clear.

Ok. Nolva post. This is my first proper cycle (I have used dbols with no pct for 3 cycles, they were quite far appart never had any side effects at all). I have a AI on hand if I pick up any symptoms of gyno.
Seeing that this is my first proper cycle and im unsure of how my system is going to react.
I am opting not to take the AI unless I see the symptoms of gyno, I have read that the AI is not a necessity unless you see sides.
I would recommend a blood test then. A baseline blood test is a good start to any cycle. I can give you a coupon code for 15% off making it about 50$, assuming your in the US.
I would recommend using your AI, I doubt many here would disagree. Sure you could go without it, but why?
Let me tell you from experience you DO NOT want to wait until you have gyno sides. The whole point of your AI is to prevent them from ever occurring. Its 30$ for a bottle of arimidex that will last you forever, its worth it.
Nolva is used post cyle. Proviron is for use while on cycle. If I was you I would buy some Aromasin to have on hand for gyno and save that nolva and get some clomid and use them both for pct. Proviron I don't know how I feel about. I have been taking it for awhile and I don't really notice to much help from it.
Your question is confusing…
I don't see why you would run nolvadex during your cycle, should be used along with clomid for your pct.
Your pct should start about 2 weeks after your last test e pin since the half life of the substance is around 14 days.
Proviron should be used during your cycle. It helps with less aromatization, more free test, and thus helps control estrogen a bit.
You did not mention an AI, aromatose inhibitor for your cycle. You need one to run along side your test e injections and your provision dosages. I would suggest arimidex, a lot of guys would suggest aromasin. I did not have good luck with aromasin. Arimidex has a longer half life and is more effective for me.
