+ 2 MY CUTTING DIET FROM VIKINGS INFO

hey eroiders how are yous goin i have used some of vikings techniques for cutting and want to thank him so much this is working amazeing cant be happyer with the results im getting.

BREAKFAST:
3 eggs whole
250 grams egg whites
2 servings oats

MIDMORNING:
60 grams whey protein isolate
1 tbsp all natural no added salt peanut butter

LUNCH:
8 ounces round steak
2 serving oats
1 cup broccolli

MIDAFTERNOON:
185 grams tuna in brine
1/2 cup asparagus

PREWORKOUT:
30 grams whey protein isolate
3 grams aakg
6 grams citurlline malate
1.5 grams agmatine sulfate
creatine blend with 8 diff creatines in it

INTRAWORKOUT:
10 grams bcaa 8.1.1 ratio

POST WORKOUT:
60 grams whey isolate
20 grams l glutamine

DINNER:
10 ounces white fish
1 cup brocolli
1/2 cup asparagus

my training routine is one bodypart 6 days a week and from next week will be training once in the am and once in the pm havent really lost any strength at all and been off for a while just wanna say thanks again VIKING

Looks good. Only thing I could change is change to 1 whole egg vs. 3. Just added fat and cholesterol.
